On May 17 at 4:25pm I received the slowest and worst Starbucks service of my life. I ordered two hot lattes and saw at least 4-5 cold drinks made for people well after I had ordered, and the person who was making my lattes was joking and chatting the whole time, until I stood awkwardly close and then she magically sped up, handed me the drinks, and sarcastically said, “thank you for your patience.”

My friend ordered a venti refresher and PAIDED for a venti refresher, and they handed her a grande. When she told them they had the size wrong they said no u didn’t and walked away. HORRIBLE service won’t be going back.

Coffee is good. They were preparing mobile orders and setting those out too. There was so much going on that for someone whose hasn't been to that one before, It had me confused. The one in meijer is alot more

Dropped in to pickup coffee for our office staff. Employees here polite and helpful. Got our beverages in a reasonable amount of time and was on my way back to the office.

The manager had to ask the 2 young females to actually make my order. He said "would you please make her order, you can have fun, but always wait on the customer". I thanked him- it still took WAY longer to make my frozen vanilla bean drink than usual! They both were snarky to me afterwards!

No brewed French / Dark Roast was available, so I had to wait for a pour over. Really wasn't a bad wait. But it happens just often enough I find it irritating. But there are bigger things to get upset over instead of this 1st world problem. Staff is always friendly.

Parking: This Starbucks is located inside a large retailer. Huge parking lot.

I always get the same drink. Wasn’t made correctly and wasn’t the Sam AT ALL. Workers used to be consistent and good. Has gone down hill. Wont be coming back.
