I'm really not sure why there's been so many positive reviews for this place. Out of the last 4 orders I've placed here, only one has been done correctly. Definitely not the Starbucks we're all used to. I only go here when absolutely necessary. From now on, I'll be having the cashier read back my order (something they should be doing already).

Embarrassed me by making a big deal they don't accept the punch cards when I went to get my punch. Didn't realize not all Starbucks didn't use them, literally just got the punch card from the other location this morning

I always go there go get some coffee , but today i am not happy at all . I bought cheese danish also, after pay and all set lady's give me cold frozen cheese danish , i am wondering why you not warm up ? And she said oven's broken .Is better you tell the customer before they pay about the issue , and not make customer disappointed. Thank you !
