Terrible, is the one word I’d use to describe this place. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted and immediately followed up with “we are out of cold cuts” ok fine I planned on getting something else anyway. Waited over 10 mins because they were so behind on online orders. Had to repeat my order multiple times as the lady making my sandwich did not hear what I was asking for. Nearly all chip options were out of stock. Got a fountain drink only to find out after I paid for it they were out of syrup on all fountain options. They were even out of straws and the ice machine sounded like it was going to die any minute.
Needless to say, I will definitely not be back.
3 people working but only 1 helping customers. It took 30 mins for only having 2 people ahead of me. Ended up with brown lettuce and soggy spinach. Especially sad as it was pointed out and the older lady said she was too busy to help. Lunchtime- management should consider staffing
Order was suppose to be ready at 7:05 pm and we arrived at 7:15 and they didn’t even have our order started. Had an employee that had just quit working behind the counter. I do not recommend this store.
My family and I ordered door dash. From the time the order was placed to when the door dasher got into the building was approximately 10 min. No big deal. She stayed in contact with us letting us know what was going on. The male employee was extremely rude to her and refused to make my order while there was anyone else in the building instead of first up on orders. Plus multiple items were out/ had to be changed around and it was 2 hrs of her being there waiting. I wasn't sure if I canceled my order if it would affect the driver and I knew it wasn't her fault but Sabrina as our door dasher was amazing. I just feel bad that the subway employee felt the need to make her cry. Totally inappropriate.
Arrived at the subway 10 minutes before they closed and the doors were locked as they were shortstaffed Jada was the one who was on shift and allowed us to order our food and made it for us promptly. Amazing customer service from her and was super glad we were able to get food as our hometown subway had closed early due to being sold out of a lot of items Would definitely come here again.
The staff was friendly and the subs were delicious!
This is the worst stocked Subway I have ever experienced. They never have key ingredients–wheat bread, pickles, ham, roast beef, provolone, Doritos, etc. It doesn’t matter what time of day or day of the week. They constantly don’t have ingredients you want. This place got new ownership a few months ago, so I’ve been patient but it keeps happening, and I’m done coming here now because of it. It’s the worst stocked Subway I have ever experienced.
Bread was not toasted but hard as a rock, not eatable, obviously not fresh bread, poor quality food, always out of certain breads , condiments, ect. Avoid this subway at all cost unless you seek poor food quality.
Out of almost all veggies, understaffed, and dropped the cookies and still offered it to me. Insane that this close to the holidays they would try to run a business like this. Not to mention the staff that you can’t understand half the stuff they say to you. This isn’t my first bad experience from this location but it is certainly the last.
UGH! Website would not except my credit cards. Went to store to try and order. Coupon code only good on web, yah, I know, but web won't let me use c/c. Went round & round with staff, finally walked out. Take my business elsewhere. Terrible, terrible place!!

The girl working the counter, her name was Somuay? She was hard working and kind. As I stood watching her help the customers in front of me by herself... I could hear at least 3 workers in back chatting away to each other...after 10 min I said hey people in back u could come help with customers, they were rude and were now quiet but never came to help. So I left. I will not go back to this location.

Always a struggle at this location. Employees always seem irritated, unconcerned or inattentive. I ordered 3 subs and a salad. The first two employees avoided making my salad and had the cashier do it(who said he never made one before). Breads were wrong until I retold them, they started serving and cashing out customers behind me while no one was working on my food. Approximately 20 minutes from the moment I gave my order. Disappointing.

I went there in the middle of the day on a Wednesday and they were closed. The hours posted indicated they should have been open. There was no handwritten sign on the door or anything. It was dark and locked. Not sure if it's a staffing issue, but this is not the first time I have gone there to find it unexpectedly closed.

Place is managed poorly. This is the second time I have been to this location we're they ran out tomatoes except this time they ran out of most there sandwich toppings . The told me they were on a budget . Which
does not allow them enough money to buy the ingredients to make a sub . So if you don't have the money to have what you need to make a sub then close the doors and go out of business

Probably the slowest subway you will ever visit. I had to stop the employee's in order to request they finish a family with young kids before us. They were extremely patient with the staff. Half of the condiments were unavailable when we ordered. I hope for the staffs sake they have a manager or better yet THE OWNER step up to help correct the issues.
