This establishment is clean and bright with sunlight from the many windows. The food is fresh and sandwiches are amazing! The only negative at this location is that quite often they do not have all the normal salad toppings for the subs.

I hate to leave bad reviews but this subway stinks. Over the last year or so the service has gone down hill so badly. Never do I get my pickup order correctly made.

Today my husband and I stopped to grab a couple subs, there were 2 people working and it was very buzy, they did a unbelievable job at getting people taken care of as fast as they could, the 1 would welcome people and let them know she would get to them as soon as she could 😊

Only one person was working in the store on 9/27/25 around 2:45pm. The worker there was complaining about working by herself, and then incorrectly made our two sandwiches. One was needing to have a spicy sauce on half, which was incorrectly added to the full sub. The second sub was a 5 meat Italian that only had 5 pieces of ham and no other meats on this. Not a good experience and would not return.

The most insane place I’ve ever tried to eat. Completely understaffed for the lunch rush. The 2 people working were the slowest moving humans I’ve ever seen, and seemed completely unfamiliar with the operations of a Subway. When I arrived, there were maybe 3 people ahead of me. 40 minutes later, I had my food. I guess they were trying to fill a large online order. But if you cannot efficiently accommodate such an order, DON’T TAKE THEM. Oh, and don’t order a regular fountain drink - they are out of cups (or couldn’t find them, I’m not sure which). I strongly advise anyone reading this to never attempt to eat here.

They charged me the price of foot long for a 6 inch sub, wouldn't accept my coupon for the 6 inch, and were extremely rude.

The staff here are typically very nice and friendly but unfortunately, they do run out of toppings and food before they get their order in. I’ve ordered on Sundays and Mondays a few times and they’re missing items. In fact… They even ran out of bread once. It is not the employees fault. I believe it’s the owners for not being willing to adjust the inventory based on the time of year.

Terrible, is the one word I’d use to describe this place. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted and immediately followed up with ā€œwe are out of cold cutsā€ ok fine I planned on getting something else anyway. Waited over 10 mins because they were so behind on online orders. Had to repeat my order multiple times as the lady making my sandwich did not hear what I was asking for. Nearly all chip options were out of stock. Got a fountain drink only to find out after I paid for it they were out of syrup on all fountain options. They were even out of straws and the ice machine sounded like it was going to die any minute.

Needless to say, I will definitely not be back.
