Nice Subway, but….
Employee that made my sandwich was really nice and professional, and he did a good job, but the people in the back were not professional. There was a girl back there that screamed very loud, sounded like it was maybe out of frustration. But seriously it’s a sub shop with one customer in the store. How frustrated can you be?

I placed an order via the app for pick up at 6:50 pm for curbside pickup. The app was very slow processing my order, received confirmation email before app had order processed. Email stated that my order would be ready at 4:30 pm. I called subway at 4:19 pm and spoke with a man an informed him that there was an error on the app and it did not show the correct pick up time. The man spoke with a women in the background who said my order was almost completed. I informed them that I was not going to be there to pick it up until 6:50 like I had scheduled it for. When I went to pickup my order I was unable to do curbside pickup as it showed that I had already picked it up. I went into the restaurant and my order sat on the shelf. When I picked up the paper bag it was all soggy wet and ripped open. I asked a man working if my order had been sitting there since 4:30, he stated yes it had 🤮 I said that is why I called and told you I wasn’t coming until 6:50. The man said well it was already done. I find this very disgusting that your staff thinks it’s okay to serve food to customers that has been sitting out for almost 2.5 hours not refrigerated. My subs were remade but it is still the fact that the staff was going to let me take those one had I not spoken up and said I didn’t want something that had been out for so long.

I'll give a decent review for service but other than that I highly recommend not going for the food the portions now are a joke what am I going to do with 4 pickles on my sub. I will no longer be giving subway any business especially if they want to raise prices, lower quality and the quantity you get.

Its just so lovely to pay for double meat and to get single, then if you dont do any sort of tip, they wont cut your footlong in half.
