Great Customer Service! Clean and friendly atmosphere. However I think this location needs advertisement there are no signs by the road telling you its back there. Its kind of hidden. I think a road sign would be smart. Also bring back and keep the VOLCANO sauce!!!!

This is hands-down one of the best Taco Bell locations I’ve visited. The new assistant manager is clearly dedicated to elevating the customer experience; he is easily one of the kindest individuals I’ve encountered in the industry. Not only is he consistently professional and upbeat, but he also went above and beyond to rectify a terrible experience I had at a different location. His passion for his work truly shines through.

Got food poisoning here a few months ago and have been back twice both in the last few weeks. The food specifically the tortilla chips taste like burnt oil. This is so close the home but makes driving to the Grandville one worth it with the low quality food.

Went here for a family of 4. I live between 2 taco bells and have for years gone to the another unit. We decided to try this new location out since we went to that Meijer next door. Unfriendly girl at register..also asked for a snr coffee..we don't have that here she said. Since the other has always given me one..no reason for us to come here. Inside looked bare, smaller and uninviting for dine in anyways. Not a very good experience for a new unit trying to get people to come. Could have made a 1 time exception at least, just to be friendly and being new.. all they had to do is just say will do this one time... just because we want to earn your business. Sry, didn't happen.
