This is not my first issues I’ve had with this Wendy’s. Just ordered 4 meals, all 4 burgers were made wrong, the patties were all dried out. Fries & chicken nuggets were all ice cold, I only live about 5 mins away. Employe working front counter seemed more concerned about going back around the counter and sitting with her friends that were there then taking my order correctly. Half the time I go to this location the fries and nuggets are cold. Last time I went back thru the driveway to ask for fresh fries and nuggets they acted very annoyed and then made me wait over 15 mins to get fresh ones. I have had it with this Hudsonville Wendy’s. I will Never go back to this place. You can tell from ownership and management they just don’t care or try. Someone really needs to call corporate on this location. So nasty , gives Wendy’s a bad name!

Their ice machine has mold in it, always get a drink with no ice or if you want to live don't get any food from this place ever again. The workers are dirty the whole restaurant is disgusting and should be shut down which is exactly what I'm going to do on Friday is call the Health Department on this place. Shame on you lazy workers.

Please read! Do yourself a favor and do not purchase food from this location. If I could give zero stars, I would. I’ve had multiple bad experiences with them, missing food, wrong food, and at this final time inedible food. It was 9 o’clock after I got off of work and I ordered through the app. I ordered a baked potato, which they had more than enough time to make fresh. They just didn’t want to. When I got there, they said they were “out of potatoes” so he gave me a plain fry which was significantly less than I prepaid for and I was not offered any form of refund. The fries we did get were so salty that we couldn’t even eat them. I’m not talking I should have ordered light salt. These were so salty that they were just Disgusting. Finally the worst part, my chicken sandwich was soggy and had multiple human hairs in it (I was pulling hair out of my mouth🤮.) Every time I come here, it is a bunch of teenage boys that I don’t believe are very hygienic nor do they even care about their job. The last time my food was wrong, I went in, and the kid was on his phone for several minutes before he even acknowledged me. I called four times and the phone just rang with no answer. I even called customer service and they did nothing but an empty promise of a refund that never showed up. So I paid $28 for two meals and the only things that was edible were the drinks and one of the sandwiches. I will NEVER eat at this Wendy’s again.

This was one of the grossest Wendy’s I have ever been too. Bathrooms gross. No soap. Towel dispenser did not work and towels and trash littered the floor with the towel dispenser hanging open. Floors were not swept and coke all over the floor by coke dispenser. Tables In restaurant not clean and all garbage receptacles were overflowing! Worst part is that there were no customers inside the restaurant and 6 employees were standing there doing nothing when we walked in.
I ordered a sausage egg and cheese sandwich. Was told griddle didn't work so couldn't make eggs. Sandwich is same price because they didn't know how to deduct for no egg. I done there, there are too many good resturants around.

The food is what you’d expect from a fast food chain. Everything else? … eh. It took me 20 minutes for me to get my order. It wasn’t that busy — maybe a car or two in the drive through and after waiting in line for 10 minutes, three people standing, waiting in line to start putting in their order.
Also, while I was waiting, I watched the team work. The cook had a big head of hair and no hairnet, hat or anything else. I feel like that’s probably a health code violation.
Also the floor was really sticky.

Service is usually not good. My pickup order was placed @ 11:36 and wasn’t even started until 12:07 as I am standing there waiting. I use this Wendy’s for emergency hunger

This location usually isn't this bad. All the lobby tables were dirty...like pop spilled and dryed on the table dirty along with their drink station. The pop machine had some gross looking brown smears on the front of it and all the sides of the entery doors have dirty finger prints all over them. After ordering food I asked if I could have something to wipe off the tables he handed me napkins...I said no it needs to be wet, there is pop goo all over all the tables. So he went to the back and grabbed a spray bottle and some large paper towels and handed them to me. I cleaned all the tables in the lobby and the drink station and the front of the pop machine...would've done the doors, but I forgot about them. We ordered 4 biggy bags three bacon burgers and one chicken. We got two burgers and two chicken sandwiches. One of the bacon burgers had two tiny pieces on bacon on them. Our French fries were ice cold mixed with hot ones. I'm very hesitant to come back here again. It's sad.
