Usually we have a good experience here. We typically get breakfast here every few weekends, and the breakfast menu is great. Drive through usually isn't busy. They seemed short staffed at times, and have forgotten items but greatly apologized and offered a free coffee.

Went threw drive three around 7:20pm march 2024. The chick that was passing out food at the window is rude. They forgot my items. I had drive back around and tell them. They said they were sorry but the chick at the window passing food out must of had a bad day or something becausw she has no customers service skills. She basically gave me the fries and slam her window on me. I was wait i need spoons for my frosty and a straw. This is not the first time this specific store has stuff missing.

I bought an all natural lemonade and they tried to pass off a soft drink lemonade from their machine. The all natural lemonade container was full and just a reach away. When I said "hey I would like all natural" they acted all shocked and said "you don't want this lemonade". In addition. They made me wait 10+ minutes for the chicken nuggets. Absolutely ridiculous service.

Worst customer service experience I’ve had in all my years of living. No one came to take my families order we waited 20 minutes and one of employees even made eye contact with us and still no one came to take our order.

I went through the drive thru and only ordered a junior frosty. When I pulled up to pay he just gave it to me and said I was good. Drive thru guy, you have my respect. If I ever learn your name my first born child will inherit it in your honor

In 2021 I wrote: Very fast and friendly. (5/5 stars)2023 Edit: This store used to be our go to restaurant along 32nd, but it hasn't been the same over the last year. My biggest complaint is that when I order via the mobile app the employees keep putting stickers over my drink and bag and telling me that they have to do this. This Wendy's location is the only one that does this. They also have told me on occasion that they can't just hand me the drink to let me fill it up myself.Then about a month ago my husband went there and accidentally selected carryout rather than drive-thru in the app, however despite being able to see his bag from the drive-thru window he was told that he had to walk in and pick it up. When he went inside the same person that wouldn't hand him the bag through the drive-thru was now able to hand him the bag.Wheelchair accessibility: It is fully accessible, but can be a little tight in spots especially if they are busy.

I go to this location instead of closer more convenient locations due to the service and the food always seems hotter/fresher. They even fully refunded my bill without any prompt by me because they were running behind.
