I live near here and have ordered many times. I am sick of paying for extras and not getting extras. I paid for a small, double pepperoni pizza. Paid for double pepperoni and got 2 pepperoni per slice. I waited an hour for the pizza and they would not give me my money back even though I took the pizza back to the store. They would only make me wait another hour for a new pizza. NO! I don't want more of your bullpoo. I want my money back, I returned the food you made in full and you denied me, I want my money back so I can spend it somewhere else. YOU DON'T GET TO KEEP MY MONEY WHEN I SAY NO!

The pizza had way too much garlic, but the cheese bread was fantastic!!!!
Benitoās in New Boston is awesome!!! The staff was very accommodating when I requested they bring my pizza out to my car for pickup. Delivery has always been swift and the deliverers professional.
They have never messed up my order, and always have topped and cooked my pizza to perfection! The vegetarian deep dish with feta cheese is a must try for veggie lovers!

This used to be my place for pizza, but after today, I AM DONE! I ordered online...delivery fee and tip was $10.00. I get a text after an hour that my order was ready for pick up. When I called to inquire, the worker cut me off and said, "Okay. The driver is back now." Then she hung up. It took another 30 minutes for the pizza to arrive and it was cold. The garlic cream cheese dip used to come in a cup twice the size as the one I received today. So, I paid $4.00 for a sauce cup full? Everything tasted nasty and cold.
Food is usually ok. Canāt stand being asked loudly for a tip at carry out. Especially after they couldnāt produce my order until way later than an hour when they told me it was only 45 minutes for a carry out. Not coming back.
