I went to this burger king with my family and we asked for a fresh 8 meal, fresh 8 pc chicken fry, and a medium 1 meal with bacon and cheese. When we got the food the only thing that was fresh was the fries and there was no bacon on my whopper. Can the order takers just not hear?

Place has went downhill. Especially during the evening. They can never make a sandwich correctly even when there is a screen with it put in right. Food is warm at best. Young gentleman that works the drive thru seems to be the only competent person there.

If you have time to waste, come here. Had to use the job-killing kiosk terminal since the little sign said "kiosk only", for taking orders. So, I punched in the order then swiped my card......again swipe my card.........again swipe my card but it would not work. So, I went to the store side, got some grub and paid with the same card.I have hen called my bank to make sure I was not charged.Kiosk ordering terminals suck.

I've asked for light mayo on 9 separate occasions and each time they have loaded my burger with mayo. I asked for them to remake my burger today and they gave it back with no cheese on it.

I asked for a coke, they gave me water and so I asked them for a coke and he went out the window and dumped the water right out the window while looking at me. There was a hair in my burger and the worker was so incredibly rude. I am never coming back here. They won’t even care. I’m not posting this for the workers to see, I just don’t want anyone else to go here.
Beware. A 5 pc french toast meal is posted on the big board at 4.89. They will charge you 6.09. The answer I got when I brought that up was " we don't control the board. That is the up to corporate."Fix the sign or sell it at the price advertised.

Horrible service whenever I go get something all I get told is they shut things off or had to cancel items cause they didn't have it, tried to get a delivery just for them to cancel the delivery almost an hour after I placed the order

The guys made me order my food at the kiosk. But the 2nd a couple of females come in now they have time to Ring up food. I would have been OK if it was only that but then they let my food sit and bagged up theirs before mine. Even though I Ordered before They walked in the door.
