The vegetables are old. They don't take coupons. It needs to be cleaner. I won't go there again.

I really don’t like this place anymore. It definitely went downhill, they used to be so good but now their customer service is horrible, the environment and food is horrible, I ate here recently and got food poisoning🤮. They neglected to change their gloves after making someone else’s sub before mine so who knows how long they had been using those dirty gloves. I couldn’t even finish my sub because it tasted foul and they didn’t even cook the bacon it’s a wonder I didn’t get salmonella! Shut this place down!

If I could leave a zero star review I would because this is the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had to put up with I spend $20 and waited 25 minutes for them to tell me they didn’t get my order and can’t make it there or give me a refund the manager and staff told me to forget about it and order a new one which totaled up to $21 and expected me to pay for a new order I didn’t even want! I work in food service i understand system malfunctions but when I show you that the money has been taken out of my account by your store and your resolution is to have me spend an additional $20 just to eat at your establishment has me absolutely behooved! I walked out of there with no food and down $20 tell me how that works? Please please please never ever ever eat here go to a different subway do not give these people your money this is not the only bad experience I’ve had with this store they constantly mess up orders they are rude they don’t clean properly their fountain drinks spit out black grime when you use any of them including the ice half the time you pay for a drink just for it to not work or have no ice they reuse dirty knives I could go on FOR SURE so please people save yourself and go to a different subway because this store should not be in service absolutely DISGUSTING!

Nasty! I used the Bathroom and noticed they Store Food in the Gas Station Walk In… Which is currently Broken. The Employees also stated that the Owner also STEALS their Tip’s… $13+ for a Sub, the System BEGS for a Gratuity, and this Owner takes a 3rd?… No thanks!

The young lady who made the food was very polite and accommodating. She payed attention to detail effortlessly. The manager, however was overbearing in my opinion. Grabbing utensils without gloves while trying to train the young server. She also tried to charge for extra condiments that were specifically not included. Not friendly at all to say the least.

No customers in store, only one person sitting at table eating. She said she wasn't making any orders because she was too tired and was the only one there. I laughed as hard as I could and walked out stunned. First time there, last time there (long time New Boston resident).

I dont see how they can change the hours and be open everyday for weeks till their closing hours and then the new chick wants to decide that she was tired and closed at 8:30? Literally has everything set to open light still on and everything food still out but can just say she dont feel like doing her job? Not to mention she is constantly on the phone never paying attention to anyones stuff. Has messed up my stuff before. Literally makes zero sense.

I ordered a sub a little after 6 through grubhub. I didn't have my sub delivered until after 8!! The slobs that work there made it when it was ordered instead of making it when there was a delivery person available!!! The sub looked a week old and wasn't consumed! I should've drove there and threw it in their fat faces!!!
