Half way through my wifes dinner she found a Hair in her food. When brought to the attention of our waitress she took the food back to show someone in management as far as I could tell. Then she came back never offered a replacement (at which that point we didn't want one) and said they would take 10% off of the bill. I feel we should have been refunded for the food with the hair.

It definitely lives up to its name. Tucked into a corner, you would have to know where you're going. I've traveled the US and Mexican is my favorite. I judge a Mexican restaurant by its chips and salsa. Their's were the best. The dishes we ordered were great. Try the guacamole.

The service was excellent!!! I had the Santa Fe Burger which was EXTREMELY filling. My wife had hands down the biggest chimi changa I have ever seen. Will be back for sure.

A bit worn out.... the menus were worn out I could hardly read them. The bathrooms had a strong smell. The food took about 30 minutes to come out and it was not that great.
This place has gone downhill since being sold. My husband got a salad and it was made out of shredded lettuce! His 21 shrimp dinner had only 18 shrimp. We asked why and were told that they do it by weight for the shrimp. Asked about the salad and were told that is how they do it now, even though the menu doesn't state that. Not impressed at all.

My family went to Carls to celebrate a couple birthdays. The food was great. They give you plenty of choices of what to eat. The waitstaff was attentive. We will definitely be back.

The food here is absolutely phenomenal! The waitstaff could use some extra training, each time we’ve come the only downfalls we experience is the service, however when looking for a comfort food this is definitely the place to go!
