Clean, bright, and the beer was cold. The Texan style burger with BBQ and onion ring was one of the worst things I've ever eaten at a bar. I don't blame the cook/employee, I blame the hockey puck quality burger and beanie weenie flavored BBQ sauce I paid $15 for. Pitiful
We love Peyton's Rex Rooster! Great atmosphere and good eatin!!! You gotta get there early to get a seat and faster service because there is only one bartender who is also the server. They have a digital jukebox that we got to load songs to to livin up the vibes even more! We love visiting Historic Idlewild and you have to come to the Red Rooster while your here!!!
We've been up to Idlewild a few times but always miss when it's open so we made a special point to go today. It was awesome, fast, kind sercive, great food, and a really chill atmosphere that was welcoming. Our waitress was so awesome, and she appeared to be the only one so the quick service was impressive. We go up to Baldwin all the time so we will be coming back many times. Definitley recomend.
