In the first drive through window I was told to pull forward, then I got to the 2nd drive through window, I was told I should have waited at the first window and that it would take time for my order as it was placed through the app. When they brought my food out I explained the above and instead of apologizing for the miscommunication, I was told yeah you should have waited. I tried politely explaining that I was told to pull forward by the first person and I just kept being told the same thing - you should've waited. All I really wanted was to be heard and if they would have apologized about their miscommunication to me, I wouldn't even be upset. Perhaps customer service training would go along way but instead they just kept telling me the same thing - you should have waited!! Very frustrating

Literally waited in the drive thru for over twenty minutes. Only two cars in front of me. Just to be told pull up and wait. How long does it take to make 2 cheeseburgers? Absolute trash staff here now. This location use to be good and now it's the worst one you could ever go to.

It's 11:11 PM and been sitting in the drive thru for over almost 20 minutes 2 cars in the parking lot no one will answer but it says 12 AM they close on line and on the door

Went through drive thru on 4-26-25 around 4:30 pm.. asked a question about why sauce was charged now for my onion ring, the man was rude and we said have a good day, nothing back. If you don’t like your job, move on! Management doesn’t respond to a single review on here. Should be less than 3 stars.

Hit or miss. Sometimes it's fresh, sometimes it's not. Same with service. It's not that the crew is rude or anything. But many just seem like they don't want to be there and it's a meh aura.

Slowest service out of any fast food establishment in the area. Doesn't make any difference if you're waiting in a queue of 10 people or you're by yourself. Waited 15 minutes, after ordering inside, for one 8pc item, just to leave without receiving what I ordered.
I've never been charged for a teeny tiny packet of ranch at a burger king. 32 cents WTF. I understand if I wanted like five of them, but one for a four-piece Mac bite is ridiculous. Should come with a dipping sauce.

I think it's a good place to go if u have kids that want to play while u eat i would say they close the lobby early sometime when I don't think they should
