We asked for a plain cheeseburger, but we got pickles and mustard

I think I will start traveling the extra minutes to the Lapeer location. The last few times I got a cone there it was stale- like very stale. Yesterday I ordered a medium choc cone with nuts and they served vanilla with a stale cone, barely any nuts, and the skimpiest amount of ice cream. I am sick of mediocrity, so I'll travel to Lapeer all summer no big deal. But this location shant get my business any further.

Do not have a very friendly staff. On many accounts have received blizzards as runny as a milk shake.Everytime you go thru drive thru they are short and never greet you .

Came to eat a good lunch and got down the road checked my meal and the wrong order was given to me this is like the third time it's happening so I'm going to go to a different dairy Queen..

Had a very simple order of a hotdog with mustard gave a lukewarm hotdog and that was a no bun no mustard and which is illegal. They took the hotdog back re-warmed it so now it’s rubbery and hard to chew and they put mustard on it. very sloppy pretty well just in one spot on the hotdog And laughed about it the entire time not impressed.

Horrible service. The girl up front ignored us for 5 minutes while she was bent over the counter scrolling on her phone. Not to mention when we picked up our order she refused to give us a side we paid for. This is one of the worst dairy queen locations I have ever been to.

Went in and ordered to 6 piece chicken tender boxes tenders were hard and horrible and salty and then was only given one sauce for 6 piece ask for onion rings instead of fries got fries it must be under New Management cuz it used to be better than this and I ordered pretzels as well and they were hard won't be going back anytime soon

Very nice & helpful people who work there. One employee told us of a senior discount that I would have never k own about had she not told me.

I’ve never had gross, unappetizing soft serve ice cream before…until I went to this DQ. I would rather have McDonald’s ice cream than that.

Went in to pick up a doordash order and the 2 girls at the counter were very rude. They barely said a word to me and when the food was ready, they threw the bag on the counter and said "here you go". This really makes me not want to accept any orders for that location again. Be better

I ordered in the app before I got there. When I arrived, they asked me to pull ahead. There was 1 truck in front of me at the window. Ten minutes later, I'm still waiting behind that truck. My grandson had been in the back sleeping and had started to wake up at this point due to the lack of movement. I would have left to keep him asleep, but I had already paid for my order on the app. So I called them and told them what was going on and for them to get my order to me. Only then did they have the truck pull forward to wait on their order so the rest of us could get our orders. I've never had a problem there before, but now I have a toddler whose nap has been unnecessarily cut short. This should be fun.

Food was good, but the wait time is over the top ridiculously slow. Only 1 guest in front of me at time of order and it took nearly 30minutes. Tighten it up

It's been a long time since I had a blizzard. I should've gotten the small, but didn't.
