My husband and I enjoy going to the Imlay City location and eating inside. We are always greeted immediately by the man behind the counter. He is extremely nice! He also makes great blizzards! The food is hot and fresh, the onion rings crunchy.
This place is ok. Not the best DQ; one in Lapeer is definitely better. The food is okay, ice cream is pretty good, service is meh. The people are not rude or anything, they are mostly nice, but they get our orders wrong and are not very helpful. My husband and I both agree we will probably not be back to this location; we can go to Lapeer or a different restaurant/fast food place in Imlay.
I ordered in the app before I got there. When I arrived, they asked me to pull ahead. There was 1 truck in front of me at the window. Ten minutes later, I'm still waiting behind that truck. My grandson had been in the back sleeping and had started to wake up at this point due to the lack of movement. I would have left to keep him asleep, but I had already paid for my order on the app. So I called them and told them what was going on and for them to get my order to me....
