This is really a crappy Kroger, all the others one have a great selection of stuff! Plus now they put their hours earlier cause about half the store employees have covid!!!!! This store is very very lax about making people wear masks! Also people have complained for a few months already about pump one at the tanks being so slow guess the message doesn’t get passed back

this has been the second time i buy meat from the (imlay city) KROGER the fist time it was a 3 pound groung beef kroger brand and it was terribly sour smelling i took it up to the customer service and they didnt even have one really for me to go since i had called earlier the lady made ME go get a new one! and this time the pork shoulder ! it has Experience date of 10/16/2020 its only the 10/13/2020 ! this is discussing!!!!! Kroger declined my Kroger master card, said it card problem. Embarrassing! Card company said Kroger problem. Kroger said card problem Nobody either end really cared. Sounds like Three Stooges store. Why shop where they could care less about you as a customer. "Customer service" is a misnomer.

I shop here almost daily and love that they have special needs workers... but there needs to be someone that can tell the special needs workers when enough is enough. While we were checking out, a very nice man was bagging our groceries. My daughter is very shy. He kept trying to talk to her and she was obviously scared. I told him she’s just shy and that it is okay... but he did keep it going. It did make me feel uncomfortable. I believe these people do deserve to work, but a manager or something needs to be near by so people don’t feel uncomfortable.

No cashier anywhere in sight only self serve lined up... one person didn’t know where to go I started really complying rudely was about to capture with picture, Manager quickly opened aisle up Only For Her shut aisle down immediately. I have no respect for you Kroger I often thought about seeking employment with you ... NOT ANYMORE!!

Honey ham is very very good and they pull it off the bone where you can watch. Boars Head corned beef also above average. Salmon at deli is xlnt!

I purchased raspberries and blueberries and had to throw both away. The raspberries had a bug crawling in them and the bottom of the blueberries we're all moldy. I don't live close and don't typically shop at Kroger. Every time I give the them a try I'm disappointed.
