There were 16 of us. Had reservations, but crammed us in tables that seated 14 comfortably. Asked for another table to be pulled up and didn't get it. 1 wait staff did pretty good for all of us.

We were recommended to try Lucky’s from a local, unfortunately the experience was not the greatest. Before I continue, the manager was extremely polite and understanding, she tried her best to help what was considered one of the worst steaks I’ve had. I ordered a filet mignon, medium rare. I asked the waitress if they were capable of hitting medium rare since it tends to be a little tricky for some. The reply was optimistic. The wait was considerably long(35min) given the restaurant was not packed at the time. Maybe 3 tables in the whole dining room and they had already eaten. So out comes my steak, and let’s just say, plate presentation was lacking and the asparagus were submerged in some sweet tasting sauce. The filet was not cooked correctly, medium well. I explained to the waitress it was overcooked and it did not have a hard sear like I requested. The waitress returned the over cooked steak left my asparagus, 15 minutes later, it appears to be swimming in red juice! Obviously due to the hue of the red juice I knew it was raw. I cut it open, and confirmed my initial observation! By this time my wife and son had already finished their meal. The waitress came back and apologized, no suggestion on involving the manager nor any attempts to correct the problem. I requested the manager, explained my experience and the issue was resolved. Left on an empty stomach.

Went in around 5pm August 15th, seated right away! The young blonde I believe her name is Ambour. We sat in the first booth to the right. She was hands done one of the best waitresses. Food was spot on as ordered! Had prime rib with green beans. I had just flown in from Tulsa Oklahoma, I would fly back on the weekends to do it again. Great all the way around!

Worst service ever. Diane G needs to retire. Worst manners ever very rude. Food was cold. Had an attitude question food that did not taste good I'm not this kind of person that complains but if I do send something back, there is an issue and I don't wanna be questioned about it. It's gonna be a very long time for me to go back there if I ever do. And if I do go back there and she is my server I will ask to have another server just could not deal with her attitude.

We had not been in awhile decided to give them a try again. We have been going there for many many years and have seen the decline. First went before busy dinner time 4:45pm sat down promptly in bar side, placed our order salad came no issues, Lucky's bread use to be very good light fluffy and seasoned. The first loaf was over baked and the garlic on top eas bitter, the next loaf was literally 1/2 in did not rise at all. Come on Luckys you can do better. Dinner came out missing mushrooms no big deal she brought them. Baked potato was luke warm at best, steak was cooked med rare as ordered. You as a resturant should have some sort of quality control, long time customers do notice changes, need a new bread maker.
I always had a great experience here in Imlay City. Great food and service.

My wife and I enjoyed the meals at Lucky's steakhouse. She ordered the ribeye with a sweet potato and broccoli. I ordered the Cajun ribeye with salad and baked potato. The meals were awesome except my baked potato was way overcooked, maybe left over from the previous night. I should have probably returned it or just shared my wife's sweet potato it was the biggest we had ever seen. Thank you, Brianna, for your awesome service.
