I mean it's taco bell so you know the food is good right? Other than that, super clean location, friendly staff, fast service and if a fast food chain can have atmosphere this one certainly does lol. Only complaint pretty much applies to all chains these days and thats just a mildly confusing menu.

Imaly City Taco Bell and Lapeer are both filthy and super slow. They were not busy when we went inside. The food is terrible. Not warm and not much there. Employees weren't very thrilling either. Floors were gross. Don't get me started on the bathroom. They should just close. They are that bad.

I live in Imlay City I had to drive back to Lapeer Taco Bell because Imlay City closes at 2 wft not happy should be open till 3 like Lapeer

I understand the occasional mistake but this is unacceptable. Time and time again they have messed up my order. And with their crappy customer service I will not be going back

Went in to get my mobile pick up order and they kept looking at me like I was an idiot. Spent 5 minutes in there and nobody helped me. Proceeded to try the drive thru and spent another 20 minutes to get through the line just to get my mobile order.
Sometimes the food is made good and other times it's a nacho bell grande with all the ingredients in a ball in the center of the nacho

Serves cold food and acknowledged the fact they know food safety. Manger on duty hung up the phone when I called and complained saying I can't complain to her or speak to her in that way when making her aware of the dangers of serving cold food 3rd shift taco bell in Imlay City is dangerous I hope my wife and I don't get sick if we do we will sue.
