Asked for a bagel with butter, opened it and they had like a half a stick of butter on the bagel and it was cold. Used about six napkins just on getting the butter off. Disappointed.

Stopped on the Way North, wife went into gets a couple sandwiches, 15 minutes later she walks out can't get no help there, seems like the only way to get anything is to go to the drive-thru which I refuse to do, it will be a while before we visit that one again

every time i get food here (which is once in a blue moon) the food and service is always terrible. today i got a few croissants and they were cold, and mushy. they weren’t cooked all the way through which is kinda concerning. i get this place is busy but you gotta be a special kind of stupid to give customers cold raw food?
