This Tim Horton’s is great. Every employee I’ve interacted with has been super friendly and the food is always good and made to order. I redeemed a birthday coupon for a free lunch item and every single person wished me a Happy Birthday.
I can’t help but feel the bad reviews here are from grumpy caffeine-deprived ghouls who have forgotten that other humans exist.

Every time I go thru the drive thru your employees obviously does NOT listen to what the CUSTOMER is saying. I literally have to say my order a few times get up to the window & my WHOLE ORDER IS ALWAYS wrong. The MANAGER obviously has to get NEW EMPLOYEES that know what they are doing & to LEARN CUSTOMER SERVICE instead of an attitude cause they can’t get an order correct. I will NOT give NO STARS for your store it is horrible service all the way around

Not bad but I'm not sure if some of the employees know what cream cheese is. There has been multiple times I have ordered a bagel with butter and cream cheese and I get a bagel with just butter.

This was the fastest drive through that I have ever experienced. Honestly, from the time that I ordered to the time that I drove away, it was 2 minutes! That was amazing, and I didn't order in advance. Keep up the great work. Food was good and as ordered too!

Totally ignored by at least six staff members talking about going home. Must have been near to shift change. No one would take my order, I just decided I could eat and drink elsewhere and left them to chatter.

Somehow awful coffee and donuts. I thought a franchise would have a standard, but this particular Timmies was so bad. Seems to be run by teenagers who spent more time joking about and flirting with each other. Unprofessional. Avoid this one.

Clean, fast and friendly! Like it should be. The only annoying thing was the Wendy's employee sitting on break/lunch in the dinning room singing uncomfortably loud the entire time I was eating..... very strange, and uncomfortable.
