Ordered a jumbo pizza steak and cheese. Sure did not seem like Jumbo. Asked for no tomatoes. Had tomatoes in it. Just didn't taste good. Never got receipt either .

Order a chicken club with no tomatoes with a sm fry and was given a chicken club with everything on it. Had them remake it and was given another one with tomatoes on it. Asked for my for my money back and didn't get all of it back. Order was 20 bucks and was given 15. Told me I ate the fries and wasn't getting a refund for them. I didn't even eat half of them. Poor customer service. Guy got upset when I told him he screwed up the 2nd time. Yes I was pissed and swore only after I seen you tossing things around in the kitchen area. Highly recommend to avoid this location

I ordered through door dash, we are sick, so the prices are already marked up. Barely any meat on the steak and cheese. They up charged $2.44 because we asked for shredded cheese instead of sliced and only asked for just lettuce, ham and shredded cheese, no tomato how that deserves and up charge, is ridiculous. Rip off. Very disappointing. Not the first time with this location. The man that works there is kinda rude too!

Very disappointing as tubbys is one of my favorite sub shops. Paid close to $ 40 for two small sub combos. Both subs didn't have toppings that were ordered, bread was also cold and only one of our sides were what we ordered the other was just a random side. Sucks when you pay so much then can't even finish it and just have to throw it away.

Great Tubby's location. Ingredients were fresh. I'm not sure if different Tubby's use different bread or I'm imagining it, but the bread seemed better than the location by my old house. The guy behind the counter was very friendly and was meticulous in making sure I wanted the ingredients that come on the sub.
Tubbys is great, as always, never disappoints. I always go with the grilled chicken subs and have never been disappointed. I even had a screw up on my credit card with the purchase and the owner worked with me to get it corrected. That's great service and will recommend.

I always love the food at Tubby, but this location has trouble getting orders right if you make any changes to your sub.
We ordered 2 subs. One had dressing on the side; one had no tomatoes. She put tomatoes on both, I noticed so she took them off. She was also going to put the dressing on the wrong sub but I noticed and corrected it.
The last few orders before this had some mistakes as well. Simple order changes always seem to get messed up.
There are plenty of places to eat in Imlay City, so I am likely to take my business to those places in the future.
Tubbys has great food, but this location needs employees that can get the orders right.
