If the female manager is working dont even waste your time. u will be in line for 20-30 minutes and your food will be cold , or you will just get sick of waiting and leave like i do majority of the time .I thought the new tacobell was slow but it dont even compare to the female crew at Wendy’s. Not sure if they are in back gossiping or just terrible at the job . Honestly cant wait for robots to take their jobs . Maybe things will be done right for once

I'm not the type to leave reviews but I must say even though the food was great as always. the reason I'm leaving this Review is because of a young man who works here by the name of Hayden, who has the best customer service and attitude I have ever seen by a long shot. I truly mean it, it's one thing to ask how somebody is doing but you can seriously tell he is genuine and caring about his job. Impeccable work ethic this young man is going places! Hopefully his employers see this and give him the thanks and credit he deserves

We stopped on our way back home from caseville over the weekend and needed some food, and sometimes, I crave Wendy's. Luckily, my cravings were spot on because the food we had when we stopped was oh so good. Now I know it's just fast food and it's always the same. This Wendy's location that we stopped at around 2:30-3pm was a few of the best I've been to. The fries were perfect and fresh, not too much salt but some so you can taste it and Crispy but not burnt or soggy. Ordered a Daves Double and, upon opening it, was perfectly stacked and not sloppy at all with a nice crisp sprite. Didn't go inside, so I'm not sure how clean it was in there, but the staff did a great job, and I thank them for making my cravings worth every bad calorie.

Drive thru…picked up a chocolate frosty. Ive had stomach issues and discomfort for hours since. You really need to clean your machines better to prevent people from getting sick!
Ordered 2 Asiago ranch sandwiches(very clearly said sandwiches) and got charged for 2 meals. One of the sandwiches was undercooked. This isn’t the first incident I’ve had here but it will be the last, won’t be coming back

Went through the drive thru and got a biggie bag. Half way home I opened my burger and all that was on it was a LOT of mayo, tomato, and bacon. No lettuce, I then proceeded to call them to tell them my sandwich was missing some toppings and they told me they are out of lettuce until TUESDAY. If the employee that took our order had told me they were out of lettuce I would’ve ordered something else. They told me they’d refund me if I went back, but I was already half way home so it was pointless for me to go back. The manager I spoke to was extremely defensive and rude.

Bad customer service. The cashier asked "why so much food?" I could hear the groaning and complaining from the back about our order. Maybe if Wendy's had a 10 or 20 pack of nuggets we wouldn't have to order so many separate packs. I went inside to get a straw and heard the back still screaming about my order

Had me wait in line for 15 mins could not get the order right pulled to the window and sat for another 10 min just for them to tell I can't pay with 100 because they don't have change and can I use card instead totally Unacceptable when I had to go somewere
