Had to wait 5 minutes in drive through for order of tangy nuggets. Drove to front of building to eat out meal and nuggets were like eat almost cold. Employee replaced them but said she didn't know how they'd be cold, that she'd just dropped them THATS wHAT ID LIKE TO KNOW, TOO!!

If the female manager is working dont even waste your time. u will be in line for 20-30 minutes and your food will be cold , or you will just get sick of waiting and leave like i do majority of the time .I thought the new tacobell was slow but it dont even compare to the female crew at Wendy’s. Not sure if they are in back gossiping or just terrible at the job . Honestly cant wait for robots to take their jobs . Maybe things will be done right for once

I'm not the type to leave reviews but I must say even though the food was great as always. the reason I'm leaving this Review is because of a young man who works here by the name of Hayden, who has the best customer service and attitude I have ever seen by a long shot. I truly mean it, it's one thing to ask how somebody is doing but you can seriously tell he is genuine and caring about his job. Impeccable work ethic this young man is going places! Hopefully his employers see this and give him the thanks and credit he deserves

I was very rushed at speaker they didn’t even ring up my correct order and when I went to the window they didn’t give me my drink when asked about it they never rang it up The man seemed in rush he needs to slow down and listen to what people are ordering

I went in to order my food and Jonathan S. was extremely rude and condescending. None of the others seemed to notice or care that he was being rude and nobody stopped him at all.

We stopped on our way back home from caseville over the weekend and needed some food, and sometimes, I crave Wendy's. Luckily, my cravings were spot on because the food we had when we stopped was oh so good. Now I know it's just fast food and it's always the same. This Wendy's location that we stopped at around 2:30-3pm was a few of the best I've been to. The fries were perfect and fresh, not too much salt but some so you can taste it and Crispy but not burnt or soggy. Ordered a Daves Double and, upon opening it, was perfectly stacked and not sloppy at all with a nice crisp sprite. Didn't go inside, so I'm not sure how clean it was in there, but the staff did a great job, and I thank them for making my cravings worth every bad calorie.

Drive thru…picked up a chocolate frosty. Ive had stomach issues and discomfort for hours since. You really need to clean your machines better to prevent people from getting sick!
