We came in the afternoon on a weekday for a quick drink and a snack, the Apple margarita was great and the spinach dip appetizer was amazing. Our waitress was great too, I’m sorry I forgot her name. There are lots of TVs with sports on, and there is Club Keno and pull tabs here. I will definitely be back for a full meal here because the menu looked really good.
It can be a really fun place to hang with friends. Sometimes it gets a little too packed in like sardines though. Service is pretty good when not packed, but when it is, they tend to be somewhat rude, or short with people & not very aware of people wanting drinks, or just plain ignoring them, not sure which. That was my most recent experience. But it's not always like that.
While visiting our family, that recently moved to Clarkston, we decided to go to the Clarkston Tap last night as family had been there before. I will admit I was a bit apprehensive after reading some of the negative reviews. However, I was greatly surprised at the service, food & atmosphere on a Saturday evening. The "tag-team" approach of the staff was outstanding, to say the least! It made us feel like we were the only customers in the house. Food did not disappoint...
