I visited the Clarkston location one evening specifically to purchase the Almond Tiramisu. When I arrived, I made it very clear to the first staff member who greeted me that this was exactly what I was there for, and she acknowledged it. I then confirmed—more than once—with the person taking my order that I was being given the Almond Tiramisu, and each time I was told yes.
However, after getting home and trying the dessert, it was immediately clear that it was not what I had ordered. It tasted sour and off—definitely not the Almond Tiramisu. I was extremely disappointed, especially after going out of my way to be clear about what I wanted. I'm not sure how such a specific request could have been misunderstood.
What made the situation worse was the inconvenience of having to potentially drive all the way back just to fix a mistake that shouldn't have happened. I contacted the restaurant and requested a full refund for the incorrect and likely spoiled dessert, and agreed to return it in person.
The owner gave me the option of either coming back to the restaurant or receiving a gift card. I chose to return to the restaurant, expecting to receive the correct dessert and a refund. Instead, I was overcharged again—without any correction for the previous error.
After this entire disappointing and frustrating experience, I am seriously considering never returning to this restaurant. I expected better service and accountability.

I’ve been there twice now both times were wonderful experiences. The staff is kind and attentive, the food is delicious and the drinks are amazing! Their homemade lemonchello is the best I have had.
Nice place. Good food. Not great service. Tried to order a drink for happy hour (4-6pm). Asked if I could order off the happy hour menu at 553pm, I was told I could not and that they would not honor the happy hour pricing because it was too close to 6pm. I mentioned that it was not 6pm yet but they said they still won’t honor it? The waitress wasn’t rude but seemed as if she didn’t want to be there. Did not get the warm and friendly experience I was expecting. Disappointed and most likely won’t go back.

I’d never been here before and I was craving Lasagna. A friend of mine had suggested that we go to Bologna Trattoria’s during a conversation we had about GREAT Italian food. OMG! I’m never driving to Troy again for Great Italian food. I’ve got it right here in my own backyard.
I had their Lasagna, it was outstanding, delicious, over the top! The sauce had a deep rich tomato flavor and a touch of Basil. No heavy garlic flavor nor was it overpowered by oregano. Like in Italy, clean and simple. It was layered with Italian sausage, ground beef, and ricotta cheese. Maybe a little parsley. It was topped graciously with melted mozzarella cheese and the tasty tomato sauce. It came with a loaf of Italian bread and a side of seasoned olive oil for dipping.
The young lady at the front desk was happy to get me a glass of Moscato Asti while we waited. The restaurant was busy but not loud. It was very clean and looked nice and comfortable. We will be dining in on our next visit which I’m sure will be soon. 🥰

Very nice small restaurant and bar. The atmosphere and sevice was excellent. We had Calamari for appetizer and although I was expecting fried it was not and was smothered in a sauce that was good. My gnocchi and meatballs in a smooth rich tomato soup texture sauce was very good and the cheese ravioli was quite good also. Big enough portions that I had some for breakfast this morning.
