Slightly better than average food, like everywhere now the prices are too high for what you get and they had a service charge. It's a local hangout, the servers knew most everyone that walked in the door.
The Pinehurst. One of the last crumbling vestiges of a long-forgotten world remembered only in barely functioning neural pathways crushed by a hundred or two cheap stiff drinks. It has been here before your time, and it will remain long after you are gone. Stopped here for a bite to eat while crusin the river. The food was OK, not great. Service was slow (one person working the bar, others not sure what they were doing). Atmosphere, it's an up north bar (dirty, dingy, and yeah). Would I go again, if I was just looking for a drink, sure, for food? Nope.
