Great gourmet hot dogs served in a small food truck down the main street drag in Indian River. These are not your regular hot dogs and what makes them extra special are the toasted buns. Food truck is set up alongside a few others and a small craft brewery. Many weekend evenings also feature live music.

We stopped at Cheboygan on our way up to and on way back from Marquette. Tuesday mid afternoon, lots of restaurants closed. Pig and Whistle (candy and gift shop) down a few doors said they were open and their food was good. Yes it was. Great, friendly staff. Several different hot dogs, including Chicago, Detroit, Sour (sauerkraut & mustard) and others. Dogs run about $6+, and meals just under $10. Soups I think were about $4.
