whoever is in charge of staffing should be not only ashamed, but held legally responsible.
these two poor workers are serving a constant flow of customers inside and in the drive thru.
nobody deserves to work in those conditions, just to get treated poorly for “being slow” or whatever else.

thank you endlessly to the workers who were kind, quick, and clearly stressed out over drive thru times. these are just unrealistic expectations for the number of employees.

five stars for the employees, negative stars for the corporate side pushing people to their absolute limits for the bare minimum as per usual.

It was apparent they were short on staffing. They were busy when we were there for lunch on Saturday.
The staff was working hard to take care of customers.
Dining and kitchen areas were clean.
Foor preparation was running slow.

Every time I go there they don't have turnovers and today they said they di and had me pull ahead to the door and they didn't put the turnovers I paid for in my bag and they forgot all the sauces for mozzarella sticks and fries this is why I hate when places have you leave the drive thru window I'm going to start refusing to pull forward anywhere I go because I shouldn't have to come in the store and get attitude for wanting what I was originally supposed to get and I definitely shouldn't get all the way home and find out I didn't get several things I paid for or requested with the items I paid for to make them enjoyable like marinara how do you put mozzarella sticks in a bag and not think the person wants that ?!?!?

Ordered a smoked brisket $12 meal and was handed this I took it up to the guy working and he looked at me and said the pictures are exaggerated and what would we like him to do about it.

I stopped by after midnight, and I still got hot fresh food. I was pleasantly surprised by the timely, freshness, and customer service. I had a short wait due to the hour at which I was visiting, but this was all explained upon my ordering. I can't speak for the restrooms nor the inside as the late hour had the inside closed for customers. The outside lot was clean and seemed to be well maintained. Overall, I had a typically good and pleasant experience, enjoyed my food, and would have no problem coming back to the particular location again in the future when I'm in town.
