No smile, rude tone, and the other women just threw my straw on the counter with my drink and said “here ya go.” I’ve never had such a horrible experience at a Biggby! Do better and maybe act like you enjoy your job!

The employees were very friendly. I tried biggby a long time ago in Lowell with sub par service and drink and haven't been back since last week when I tried it in Mason Michigan. My experience at the Mason store was great so I decided to try Biggby again. I ordered the same caramel drink I had in Mason. In Ionia I received what I feel was just iced coffee with just a tad of caramel. The drink in Mason Mi was very yummy and blended. The drink in Ionia was not. This is why I hate tipping before I get my order. I gave a good tip for a bad drink. IF I ever get Biggby again it won't be here. I think I'll just stick with another well know coffee shop. I do NOT recommend the lattes, they taste like watered down coffee.

Im not from around this area, we were just visiting family so we tried it and when I went in the lady was not helpful and had an attitude. This was my first time ever going into a biggby so I needed to look at then menu, she seemed rushy and when I was placing the order I asked her to repeat what she said and that seemed to be a problem. I got the food and drinks, and the drinks tasted like they didn't add any sugar to it. The food was decent. This place definitely made me grateful for the southern hospitality that I get from the south that apparently the north doesn't give considering the $43 i spent in here on crappy coffee. I will stick Starbucks instead.

I ordered Iced Carmel coffee's. They charged, and made iced lattes so I paid double for what I actually ordered. Employees need to work on comprehension skills. This is not the first time this has happened.

Coffee and bagel with cream cheese, $8 after tip. First coffee tasted terrible so they very kindly kindly gave me a new cup. Second cup was terrible too! It smelled like burnt plastic and burnt coffee. I had 3 sips total this visit. The bagel was barely toasted at all, kind of doughy. Disappointed. Not worth the money. Polite staff but horrible coffee and food experience.

Had a very bad experience today went in and ordered 2 coffees and the total came to 13 and some change and was denied service because all I had was $12 or a $100 bill so I asked if I could buy $100 in gift cards but they still refused to except my money

I doordash from here and OMG can you guys PLEASE stop skipping out on the foam/whipped topping???? NO foam on to-go orders is unfair, its $7 for a 20oz latte (kinda crazy) but PLEASE STOP SKIPPING THE FOAMMMMM. Its like 50/50 too and I have to ask for "light foam" to MAYBE get any... Otherwise rlly good and I still buy, but it is annoying

I love coming here for my favorite latte or strawberry matcha and it’s always great every time and everyone is always so friendly! I even had a special request today and they made it happen, a little whip cream for my cat!:) He absolutely loved it, thank you for making it so he could have a treat too ?
