I ordered a mocha mocha and was told the espresso machine was down. They were not able to offer a refund. I was given a feedback line which was closed. I’m still waiting for my money back.

I doordash from here and OMG can you guys PLEASE stop skipping out on the foam/whipped topping???? NO foam on to-go orders is unfair, its $7 for a 20oz latte (kinda crazy) but PLEASE STOP SKIPPING THE FOAMMMMM. Its like 50/50 too and I have to ask for "light foam" to MAYBE get any... Otherwise rlly good and I still buy, but it is annoying

I love coming here for my favorite latte or strawberry matcha and it’s always great every time and everyone is always so friendly! I even had a special request today and they made it happen, a little whip cream for my cat!:) He absolutely loved it, thank you for making it so he could have a treat too ?

Biggby has become my favorite coffee chain since visiting Michigan ! Have to stop multiple times any time we come this way.
Usually go here , a couple of times a week . The last Carmel Marvel I got , was probably the worst I have ever had ! It tasted like warm foam !No Carmel taste , no coffee taste ! If I didn't have to be somewhere , I would have taken it back ! ! !

Your typical coffee place. I prefer Starbucks but for a less expensive coffee that has all the goodies that Starbucks offers. This is a decent place to go, and I prefer it, actually.
