Lorraine working the drive thru window was an absolute delight this morning. She took our order double check our modifications and was so pleasant! You're doing an amazing job Lorraine and so kind.

Lorraine one of our favorite employees that has been working there for as long as I can remember is always such a sweet heart to us no matter what mood she is in.
Today I presume corporate was there, Lorraine was helping us with our order per usual happy upbeat self until she had made an error when she mistakenly said that they could serve cheesy tots. Not a big deal at all. However the way that the corporate lady or manager cut her off abruptly saying “we actually don’t have those do you want something else or it taken off the order completely. “ Just the way it was handled could have been so much better, and the person we loved seeing most days when we eat at BK was sad when we pulled up to pay for our food.
She forgot to give us a straw, and again the corporate lady or higher manager, got an attitude and got us the straw stating in a very nasty tone “did she forget to give you one” I’ll never forget that scowl of a look. Anyways have a great day Lorraine you deserve it!!

This is the best Burger King that I've ever been to for one reason and one reason only. The older woman working the front counter. She carried an extreme level of politeness courtesy and customer service that you no longer see in this world and is a shining example for the younger generation that no longer understand true customer service. You can find Burger King anywhere you can't find that.

We inside to get an order to go and once again the order was wrong, the receipt was correct in how the sandwich was suppose to be made but it would help if they kitchen staff could read the orders and made the food correctly. Some people order their sandwiches made a certain way because of allergies.
Bad service making fun of people and laughing at disabled people making people uncomfortable and bad language and when I got home, my kid started swearing and repeating what the workers were saying so I tried to call no answer after 20 times and when they answered, this girl said what in a really rude way And when I asked for the managers name she said I’m not giving it to you I don’t have too i’m never going to a Burger King ever again i don’t feel welcome and not kid friendly

Had me waiting forever when the managers just sat there looking at me giggling and having there own convos about inappropriate things about there love life that my kids did not need to here. Also very rude and kept rolling there eyes when I asked questions and no I was not rude at all.

Worst place to eat the ladys there were very rude. 7/18/25 and laughing at people of needs also the food was cold so i dont know if that helps but i saw someone itching there area and then putting food away in a bag so ya not going again thank u!
