Drive thur guy needs to make sure all tadks are finished before rushing away from the window. A great example would be to put the sticker number on the car mirror instead of forgetting about it and leave the customer hanging. Burger was just warm but had what i asked for in toppings. The fish were ok. Not the usual crispy. Overall the food just wasnt the usual great quality we normally get

We took a trip yesterday and passed thru Ionia and decided to grab some burgers for dinner, this place was very busy but the man who took our order yesterday has great customer service, I wish I could remember his name, he was very polite and even cracked a few jokes. It was very refreshing to walk in somewhere and feel welcomed as I am actually from Battle Creek where everyone is rude. Thank you Ionia Culver's

I just left the Culver’s in Ionia and requested a burger with a gluten free bun. When I was requesting that it be gluten free the person taking my order ( I went through the drive thru ) told another employee oh great in a rude tone because they did not want to do my order even though Culver’s clearly offers gluten free options. They don’t even take the gluten free bun out of the package it comes in when they serve it to you and yet they wanted to complain? SMH. After a long wait for the food they brought everything out but didn’t bring the ice cream I ordered which was the flavor of the day. At this point I left without the ice cream because I was not going to wait any longer. I drive straight home which is only a 2 minute drive from Culver’s to my house and I open my bag to find my burger falling out of the bottom of the box ( as pics show ) because they did not properly put paper in the box to prevent the burger from falling through the box. Beyond disappointment in this experience with Culver’s and this is the second negative experience I’ve had. This one was worth writing about though.

Culver's is always good, service always good. I recommend them over mcds, bk, wen, or any other fast food. I never have an issue with any Culver's I've eaten. And I've had it in Wisconsin, Michigan, Missouri and Illinois. Always awesome. 5 stars is suit and tie fine dining which doesn't have drive thru. 4 stars is 2 thumbs up. Culver's yum!!

Third time in two months order was wrong. Even asked the person who handed me the bag if the fries were in the bag. Got home no fries. Sick of paying for food I don’t get or getting the wrong order. Won’t be back.

I am continually amazed at how well this restaurant operates. My food is always hot, service is reliably great and the food is good! All fast food joints in Ionia should take a page from this Culver’s, they do things right.
I have been to their next door neighbors-Arby’s and I am always missing food from my orders, it’s happened three times to me in the last few months.
Culvers is a shining example of how a restaurant should be ran!

Multiple times i have went thru the drive thru , pulled up to the order and waited until the vehicle behind me that pulled to the other speaker well after me gets to place there order first and pull ahead of me, not to mention how long you have to wait for something as simple as a salad. 20 minutes to get a salad, several vehicles got their food and drove away well before me when i ordered first. Nothing worse, bad food i can throw away but time you can't get back. This was my last time coming to Culver's.

After receiving a paper thin burger that literally curled up when I pulled it from the bun. I figured I'd give this place one more shot. But after sitting in line waiting for my order for 24 minutes. I've decided never to come back here. No refunds needed. No coupons. You can keep that money. I won't spend any more here.
