Ordered two pizzas and wings for pick up. Got home and the wings and one pizza were still hot, but one was cold and old. Can’t believe they would send out a cold/old pizza!

Hate to give 1 star as I'm a regular customer and love the pizza. The service is normally fast and friendly. However, after getting our pizza home we found larvae (fly eggs) on our pizza. So gross... They did offer to replace the pizza but who in their right mind would want another pizza under the circumstance. A refund may have been a better approach.

I feel really sad to give this location a 2, because since moving to Ionia we have always been pleased with their pizza. I was going to call the store to complain but I really didn’t have the energy. We always get the exact same pizza with the same everything. I knew there was a problem when I put the pizza cutter through the pizza and it was like cardboard. Usually when you lift these pieces of pizzas up you need two hands to keep the cheese and toppings on it. This time it was completely straight, extremely thin and also cold. I had one piece and really didn’t want to finish that. My rating is only a 2 because the garlic knots were good. Also, a note for the owners, it would be nice if customers who purchased multiple sauces would get them in a small bag. I do try to support your small business since I’m pretty sure you live right down the street.
