I ordered supper from Ionia Domino's pasta dish cheesy bread told them to come to side door I have no access to front door 2 hours later I called ask where my food was they had no idea they remade it a young lady brought it to me and said that the first order was sitting on my front steps okay really stupid who leaves food on steps.. I took the second order in and it was garbage I have never heard of anybody delivering food and setting it on the steps can't fix stupid.

My boyfriend went in to pick up the food and they had droppped it as they were pulling it of the oven so my wait then went from 20-30 minutes wait to a 1 and half. I get shit happens and they r human so they r gonna make mistakes but this is a customers order you would think you would be a little bit more careful with it

There have been multiple occasions recently where they’ve taken over an hour to get our food made and delivered. And one time delivered to the wrong address and told us there was nothing they could do since the gps says it was delivered.

I got delivery tonight and I ordered chicken Alfredo. There is no option on the app to take the pasta out. So tell me why there is NO pasta??? Just chicken and sauce?? This is not the first time they have messed up my order. They also took over an hour to do my order. Basically if the sun's down don't order from here, they're basically incompetent.

The domino's pizza is consistent and average my issue is their website ordering system, it's atrocious. They gotta have a better way. They require you to order on it to get certain deals but it's a total joke. Fire the i.t. guy and start over. Then they'll email you deals for the website and thise don't work either no matter how you key them in or cut/paste.

Continuously terrible. Put barbecue sauce on my pizza when I asked for normal pizza once. I added a star for the bread sticks and the lava cakes, but for a place named "Domino's PIZZA," the pizza being the most disappointing part is sad.

Frankly. It sucked..I ordered it at 11am to pick up at 4:50pm. It wasn't ready until 505, the Philly steak pizza was good accept it was burnt, the cinnamon rolls were tough, and the bread is still in the frig...My change included 26 one dollar bills, ridiculous.. the Philly steak pizza might be really good if cooked properly and if the topping reach the edges, not just inthe center.First time there and I doubt we'll be back..And the girl baking, did nothing to help the person doing the register..who was confused at all the food she was shoving at him, instead of helping.Always joes market pizza lover...
