Frankly. It sucked..I ordered it at 11am to pick up at 4:50pm. It wasn't ready until 505, the Philly steak pizza was good accept it was burnt, the cinnamon rolls were tough, and the bread is still in the frig...My change included 26 one dollar bills, ridiculous.. the Philly steak pizza might be really good if cooked properly and if the topping reach the edges, not just inthe center.First time there and I doubt we'll be back..And the girl baking, did nothing to help the person doing the register..who was confused at all the food she was shoving at him, instead of helping.Always joes market pizza lover...

most awful pizza ever got a boneless chicken 8 piece 1 dollar a peice id say at 7.99 peices were size of a nickle about and dried out was like trying to eat wood chips the pizza was only artificial toppings dried out only good flavor was the crust id never spend another dollar there only other good thing was the buffalo sauce for 30,00 + dollars i felt like i was out right robbed and was sick after attempting to eat this garbage what a awful experience wow im so let down and disappointed

Yesterday I ordered almost 60 dollars worth of food that included a large pizza, a medium pizza, two salads and a variety of additional sauces. I picked this order up curbside. Upon arriving home the large pizza was perfect but the medium pepperoni pizza was SO burned that my two granddaughters (4 and 5) said it "wasn't" pepperoni and would not eat it. I called the store, told them the pizza was burned, explained my disappointment and said that I was driving there with the entire uneaten pizza to get a replacement. When I arriveded at the store, there was another customer in the store (seated) so I wanted to be discreet about returning the burnt pizza. Long story short. the "manager" yelled, was rude, and so unprofessional toward me, despite my kind behavior, that I got the distinct feeling that this young man was attempting to create some "social-media" worthy scene that he could record. Although the the truth is, the only person who anyone would see acting ridiculous on any camera, would be him. My daughter called after I left and went home, so upset and baffled by his unprofessional and ridiculous behavior. He then proceeded to yell at my daughter and claimed he recorded everything. We have contacted corporate and it is our hope that he did really record his obnoxious behavior. He needs to be reprimanded at the very least or fired (the better option) as I can't even begin to imagine that this person is respresenting the Dominio brand in a way that any professional business owner would expect. We have always been pleased with the product and service prior to this. It is unfortunate that if someone burns a pizza and the customer simply wants to exchange it that it is now, because of people like him, impossible to do so in a professional manner. Ironically this store in Ionia has a job posting for a General Manager right now and perhaps this is the reason this "manager" hasn't been trained well in customer service. Either way, I am looking forward to a play back of "his" recording and a resolution to his behavior for future customers.

My experience was ordering online for first time. I had problem getting website to accept my pizza profile info : so because of that I had to call them to reorder my food & re- wait.. they did take20 percent off meal.. I was starving. Finally ate at 10 pm it was ?

My son wanted to order 15 pizzas for the end of his wedding. I wanted to surprise him and cover the cost for him. I call and talked to a manager and was told the order was placed by my son and was not paid yet. So I paid for the 15 pizzas with the manager. The night of the wedding my son told me he paid for the pizzas already. I call and spoke to a different manager and he said the order was now for 30 pizzas somehow. The manager said well now your getting 30 pizzas. Somehow the manager added 15 pizzas and it cost me over $180.00 for his mistake. I personally went to the store and talked to a manager and he told me he will speak to the general manager. So far no contact on a solution.
