Never give complete order. Chicken missing half bowls not enough or wrong sauces never ever butter or honey. Im never going there again. Been three times all three times wrong. Guess its time to find a better place.

Bought the 6 piece $20 meal tonight. Asked the employee what pieces of chicken we would get. She named them off, which included 1breast. Got home and NO breast. Maybe the employee should pay more attention. Hubby was very disappointed.

Apparently KFC is about ripping people off they charged me for 2 famous bowls didn't give me my receipt and when they didn't give them to me they said I couldn't get them cause I couldn't prove it

We ended up waiting over half an hour for our food after going through the drive thru. Ended up having to go inside where they had completely forgotten our order and made us wait another 10 min for them to complete the order.
We enjoy going to this Ionia MI location when we are in the area or if we’re hungry for KFC.

I was ignored for 8 minutes. 1 employee made eye contact in passing in fact did a double take like she was going to? Greet ? Warn me to leave? The employee who works the register did not make eye contact nor was there a verbal greeting or “ I’ll be with you in a minute( would have been over 8 to be precise). Another man in to pick up on line order, I asked if he had been helped, he was unsure. Many employees. All looking busy. Saw drive through of 2 cars while waiting. It was Mother’s Day approx 4:10pm- 4:18. I left. Still no verbal acknowledgment nor did I purchase. KFC I will not be back.
