I ordered the famous bowl and all the chicken bites were disgusting, burnt, chewy and seemed old. It was super disappointing. Some pieces were so hard they could bust a tooth. If this is the quality this store strives for it definitely won't be back and do not recommend.

Foods always good but, why do you hire people that have zero customer service, that obviously don’t like to serve the general public😂 it’s your job, just put the food in the bag and quit with the attitude😅

I'm very content with this establishment. My wife and I ate here last night, and it was $20.53 for both of us to get a reasonable amount of food. They put everything requested in the bag, and have your food to you fast and fresh. I just wish they'd bring the buffet back

I had to post because they nailed it last night! Finally got an app and online menu. Ordered easy and picked up without problem! Super friendly service and food was hot..everything was there!! Great job to everyone on staff last night!!

Every single time we visit this KFC we receive the correct order. At times we have had to wait for food, however the order is correct with great service. Thank you to the Ionia KFC staff for a job well done!
Well, when you go through the drive through for a quick dinner , plan to have a relaxing evening sitting in your deer blind eating dinner watching wildlife...you get no silverware, no napkins, no butter, no nothing, not even a receipt. Seriously. So we ended up packing up and going back to the house. You need to do better of you want better pay.
