I stopped into Little Caesars, just trying to grab a $6 pizza. That was the plan. Quick in, quick out.But instead… I walked straight into an action movie. As I picked up my order, the front door slammed open. A furious guy stormed in, yelling something about how I’d cut him off in traffic earlier. Before I could even get a word out, he swung a punch at me. But then out of nowhere the guy behind the counter vaulted over it like he’d been training for this his whole life. Without hesitation, he tackled the guy and just unleashed fury. I mean, he beat the brakes off him. It was like watching a superhero clock in for a shift. The would-be attacker scrambled to his feet and bolted out the door. The cashier calmly dusted himself off, straightened his apron, and walked back behind the counter. Still in shock, I said,
“Are you okay, man?” He looked me in the eye and said “This is Little Caesars. We’re always hot and ready.”

Having to pay over $1 for one small cup of ranch is WILD. I ordered a cheese bread with ranch and had to pay for the 2 ranch over $1 each because they couldnt just simply come with it. Ridiculous!!

Every time we order ahead (with a specific time) our order is either pushed back multiple times or the quality is less than desirable. We also have to wait sometimes 2-3 minutes before someone will even acknowledge that we are standing there.

Always waiting for over half an hour even on DoorDash orders that should’ve been done within 15 minutes of being there I don’t get paid to sit and wait the personal orders even take long

I would avoid going here. I've tried as a local to go here several times and I get poor service. Today was my last attempt, I'll drive out of my way to go to Portland. You can call and order ahead and they won't put your order in before you get there. They will then take your money to pay and not alert you to that fact after you have paid. I was seriously disappointed. I spoke with the rudest manager named Ryan. I should up more than 10 minutes after the phone call and paid. When he told me it'd be another 10 to 15 minute wait I asked for the manager. That is when he told me it wasn't even in the oven yet. I asked what the point was of calling ahead and I got the rude response of staffing issues. I told him than maybe they should increase the quoted times he was giving. He proceeded to have an attitude. When I told him I wanted a refund instead of waiting I got confirmation it was refunded, (no receipt either way as to the purchase or the refund) and then thewindow slammed in my face. My husband went in and gave him a lesson on respect and we left. I will not be going back.

Went for a pizza and breadsticks tonight, was told there would be a 15 minute wait. No big deal I accept. 2 cars go threw and get pizzas, no big deal again, they probably ordered ahead or with the app. Employees buddy pulls up and parks next to employee vehicles, watched 2 pizzas get brought out to this truck on 2 separate trips out the back door of the building while I waited. Looked like a couple freebies going out the back door while a paying customer was forced to wait if I had to guess.

Unless you like waiting, order online, and add at least 10 minutes to your requested time. Not complaining, it just is what it is, especially when they're busy.
