“If you ordered nuggets I got your back all day long honey” but I can only have one free ranch with 3 large fries? Might as well do 3 separate orders since you have to pay 27 cents a sauce. I won’t order again when you used to be able to get a few sauces with a large order and that comment from someone really shows the service, for the money then the customer. The good part of waiting for hashbrowns is the hot and fresh. The bad part is pull ahead and wait for a few minutes and being told you have salt in the bag when it's not. I know that this sounds petty but today I specifically asked. I should have checked but was in a rush. My bad. As usual the meal was delicious.

The cashier was nice and amazing as always HOWEVER the food was crap! The kitchen staff needs to stop cutting corners and being lazy when it gets between 8-close. I ordered a #1 (Big Mac meal) and a #5(nugget meal) I got a Big Mac that had been sapped together and had nasty black onions on it, and 2/ 10pc COLD, SOGGY, OLD nuggets! I wouldn’t complain if this was the first time! This has been the case every time I’ve gone in the last month! I called and they offered to take my name and send me coupons! I don’t want your damn coupons I want you to do the job you get paid for! I’ve worked in fast food myself for years and there is absolutely no excuse for this aside from laziness! I waited for 10 minutes for some cold inedible food! I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere.
The staff is quick to get the food together and ready. Never had too many issues here with wrong food or anything like that. Just like most of the chain, you get good employs and bad ones. So the food and service can be good or bad depending.

I really like the Carmel ice coffee, but, I don't know if they changed it or the person that makes them now really doesn't know how. About a month ago they started being like milk with Carmel flavoring, no coffee. I quit getting them for a couple weeks and decided to try again this morning. Awful! I wish I had ordered something else.
