Waiter messed up both of my orders. I asked for cheesy fries, and got nachos instead. I let that one slide. My pizza came out without any of the extra toppings I requested, so I asked for them to remake the pie. Second time it comes out, there's only onions. Never eating here again.

There were hardly any toppings on the pizza (Hawaiian) and barely any sauce. We ordered xtra cheese but there wasn’t any extra cheese on it. The crust was the only good thing about this overpriced, skimped on the toppings pizza.

Order food online and they messed up the order I had try calling to see why it was messed and they try to argue with me saying my order is right I don't recommend going to this one Greenville is a lot better than this one will not go to this one anymore and they have poor customers service

I called them and reached a call center to place my order and pay for the food I ordered. The call center called me back and canceled my order. I reach the store directly on my 2nd attempt (calling) to order and they take my order no problem and even repeat it back to me for accuracy. We pay and pickup the food and the wings are missing from our order so we turn around to grab them. We get home and one of the pizzas is missing a topping we paid for and another topping is bell pepper and not green olives. Big Bummer!

Pizza dough was very soft and it’s tastes good. But the topping wasn’t enough I felt like I didn’t get on my pizza what I paid for. It’s seems they just sprinkle stuff on to just to make it looks like they used black olives and other stuff

Ordered on line said pizza would be ready at 430. Arrived at 431 board said pizza is ready. At 434 was told someone would be with me in a moment. Had 2 employees walk past neither, even acknowledged I was standing waiting, or even offered a greeting 440 and still no pizza or service. 442 pizza given, rude little lady had me sign. The pizza she grabbed I seen sitting there the entire time I waited. Staff properly. Less food and more expensive. Used to be 8 bread sticks in a family size, now only 5. Back to making them myself.

Server didn't know what pop flavors they offered. Only put in half of our order. Server never checked on us. Left the other half of our order sitting in back. Spoke with a "Manager" and I got a very rude "what!? What do you want?" I replied with service. My server. I'd like her to come to my table. "She's busy" With what I wondered. We were her only table and the phone were not ringing. They were dead, but still couldn't tend to the one table in the restaurant. Literally the worst Pizza Hut I've ever been to. I never did get any of my food, so can't really say if it was good or not. 0 out of 10 in all the worst ways Don't waste your time or money

best thin crust we've had at any hut in quite awhile. staff attitude was so so, didn't expect them to fall all over us, but a little friendliness would have gained a couple more stars.

The manager here is absolutely amazing! Us a family of 5, have been without power for 2 days due to the storm that came through Ionia. With other crazy things going on in life. Needing to get dinner for our kids and us. Walking into one place they were without power and didn’t have a things due to that. So Pizza Hut it was. Walking in with our 3 kids. We checked the hours it said closed at 11. So walking in they said lobby was closed the servers went home for the night. So my husband said they should really that online. (Not trying to be rude) but with personal life and power being out brings in a little bit of irritation. Husband said we’re just trying to find dinner we’ve been without power for 2 days. The manager looked at us and said you’ve been without power for 2 days! Sit down and I will serve you myself tonight! He did not have to do that by all means! Even with the husband kinda being rude/irritated. We did tell him it was alright we will go somewhere else. He insisted for us to have a seat. So we could get dinner. He was absolutely amazing! Helped us the whole time to make sure we had what we needed and that we got dinner! Thank you so very much we appreciate you more than you know!

Was there 7/13 seated righy away as no one on dinning toom waited 15 minutes no one ever came out to our table or even acknowledged us , this Is sadly the 2nd time it had happened we will not be making this mistake again.!!!!!!!!
