I'm surprised by all the negative reviews, but i suppose it's exceedingly more common to hear negativity than praise. Ionia Pizza Hut always does a really nice job. Most importantly, it's very clean. Staff is always friendly and efficient (shoutout to Katy). Food is super fast and affordable. You can order huge meals and they'll be ready in less than 15 minutes... I don't know what's to complain about exactly. First world problems i guess! Keep it up, Ionia Pizza Hut.

Tonight we stopped at the pizza hut in Ionia right after the saranac cross country meet with a couple very hungry kids we dont have a pizza hut with in a hour of us. So we were looking forward to some pizza hut pizza. Upon arrival while waiting to be seated we were informed that waitress WANTED to go home at 8. Which is what time it was. Even know there was a party enjoying dinner in the dining room we were not able to dine in. They said we could order to go and sit and wait for our pizza to be made in the lobby. Which defeated the purpose of our visit. Very disappointed experience due to us not living close to a pizza hut.

I have given this location the benefit of the doubt twice and both times have been disappointments. All the waitresses I have dealt with here have been incompetent. The first time there, we were treated like inconveniences. Our waitress didn’t offer to get us anything else, causing us to have to stop her for more napkins and ranch. She rolled her eyes and let out a frustrated breath. I could understand this if the restaurant was busy, but we were one of two tables there. The second visit, we waited a full 20 minutes before we even saw the waitress who didn’t introduce herself, didn’t offer drinks, and asked us what we wanted to eat. That was it. The only time we saw her was when she dropped food at the table. She walked by us multiple times, never offered any drink refills, and then dropped the check and a small to go box. That was it. If I want Pizza Hut, I’ll just drive the opposite direction and go to Grand Ledge.

This was not worth even going in. We tried to do dine and was told pick a spot and never seen anyone for 15 min just waiting....finally said screw this and left with me and my 2 kids. Horrible customer service.

This place gave me the worst food poisoning I’ve ever had in my life. Made the flu feel like a breeze. Not sure if I can ever bring myself around to eat Pizza Hut again.. but this location had me the sickest I’ve ever been. Good luck

We pre ordered our pizza with Ionia MI pizza hut, I stood at the counter for 10 min and no one helped me, I went behind the counter and asked if I could pick up my pizza, the manager came out and yelled at me stating it is not an option for you to come behind this counter, do not ever do that again, I told her to get a hell of your not going to have anyone watching the counter, she said don't ever do that again. We will NEVER go there ever again.

Didn’t get anything right that we ordered. Service was non existent. Then they ran their mouth in the back when I finally asked for a box and the bill. Very awful. Then they out the sauce cups on top of our food. Just gross. I couldn’t believe it.
Absolutely the laziest workers lol. The order is NEVER right, you NEVER receive your correct the first or even second time. They charge you for sauces, you’ll never get them. Just grab some at the store on your way home while you’re cursing them. 10/10 just go to little Caesars where they’re so stoned it takes 45 minutes for a hot and ready- at least it’ll be what you ordered!

Pizza was clearly lacking salt. Are they gaming the system? If they're doing so, with the idea that my opinion can simply be discounted, NO... I already EAT low-sodium -- but when I indulge myself, only to get this -- it's simply DISGUSTING.

Waiter messed up both of my orders. I asked for cheesy fries, and got nachos instead. I let that one slide. My pizza came out without any of the extra toppings I requested, so I asked for them to remake the pie. Second time it comes out, there's only onions. Never eating here again.

There were hardly any toppings on the pizza (Hawaiian) and barely any sauce. We ordered xtra cheese but there wasn’t any extra cheese on it. The crust was the only good thing about this overpriced, skimped on the toppings pizza.
