This was not worth even going in. We tried to do dine and was told pick a spot and never seen anyone for 15 min just waiting....finally said screw this and left with me and my 2 kids. Horrible customer service.

This place gave me the worst food poisoning I’ve ever had in my life. Made the flu feel like a breeze. Not sure if I can ever bring myself around to eat Pizza Hut again.. but this location had me the sickest I’ve ever been. Good luck

We pre ordered our pizza with Ionia MI pizza hut, I stood at the counter for 10 min and no one helped me, I went behind the counter and asked if I could pick up my pizza, the manager came out and yelled at me stating it is not an option for you to come behind this counter, do not ever do that again, I told her to get a hell of your not going to have anyone watching the counter, she said don't ever do that again. We will NEVER go there ever again.

Didn’t get anything right that we ordered. Service was non existent. Then they ran their mouth in the back when I finally asked for a box and the bill. Very awful. Then they out the sauce cups on top of our food. Just gross. I couldn’t believe it.

Absolutely the laziest workers lol. The order is NEVER right, you NEVER receive your correct the first or even second time. They charge you for sauces, you’ll never get them. Just grab some at the store on your way home while you’re cursing them. 10/10 just go to little Caesars where they’re so stoned it takes 45 minutes for a hot and ready- at least it’ll be what you ordered!

Pizza was clearly lacking salt. Are they gaming the system? If they're doing so, with the idea that my opinion can simply be discounted, NO... I already EAT low-sodium -- but when I indulge myself, only to get this -- it's simply DISGUSTING.

Waiter messed up both of my orders. I asked for cheesy fries, and got nachos instead. I let that one slide. My pizza came out without any of the extra toppings I requested, so I asked for them to remake the pie. Second time it comes out, there's only onions. Never eating here again.
There were hardly any toppings on the pizza (Hawaiian) and barely any sauce. We ordered xtra cheese but there wasn’t any extra cheese on it. The crust was the only good thing about this overpriced, skimped on the toppings pizza.

Order food online and they messed up the order I had try calling to see why it was messed and they try to argue with me saying my order is right I don't recommend going to this one Greenville is a lot better than this one will not go to this one anymore and they have poor customers service

I called them and reached a call center to place my order and pay for the food I ordered. The call center called me back and canceled my order. I reach the store directly on my 2nd attempt (calling) to order and they take my order no problem and even repeat it back to me for accuracy. We pay and pickup the food and the wings are missing from our order so we turn around to grab them. We get home and one of the pizzas is missing a topping we paid for and another topping is bell pepper and not green olives. Big Bummer!

Pizza dough was very soft and it’s tastes good. But the topping wasn’t enough I felt like I didn’t get on my pizza what I paid for. It’s seems they just sprinkle stuff on to just to make it looks like they used black olives and other stuff

Ordered on line said pizza would be ready at 430. Arrived at 431 board said pizza is ready. At 434 was told someone would be with me in a moment. Had 2 employees walk past neither, even acknowledged I was standing waiting, or even offered a greeting 440 and still no pizza or service. 442 pizza given, rude little lady had me sign. The pizza she grabbed I seen sitting there the entire time I waited. Staff properly. Less food and more expensive. Used to be 8 bread sticks in a family size, now only 5. Back to making them myself.
