Went there on Saturday night, and we were so disrespected. The female manager with the burgundy colored hair, she was rude. Treated us horrible. Had to wait 45 minutes for our food, and then they tell us that they don't have any chili. The nuggets that we got were supposed to be regular and were given the spicey kind. Now let's get started with the girl that was sorta cleaning the dining room. She probably would have done better if she had stayed off of her phone. Inwhich she had stuffed inside her shirt. She was using whatever kind of chemical that they used and would get food for customers WITHOUT washing her hands. With that being said it was a waste of money to remodel the dinning area, as they are not even trying to keep it clean. It was disgusting.

We're out of items on the menu. Condiments for side out of stock like ranch for the kids chicken nuggets, and tarter sauce for fish. Soft drink machine was out of many of the favorite sodas.Was much cleaner than last time I visited. Still had employees outside of door smoking so customers still had to entry in smokey wall of stink by them not being far enough from entry door of store.

Our food was good as usual. The staff was super rude who took our order. The lady who packed our food was disgusting and should not be working near food. Her shirt was like 3 sizes too big and had a huge hole in it exposing her belly button and her hair was long almost to her butt and had no hair net and she kept scratching at her head. This needs to change!

I feel bad for the employees. They must be understaffed. It is by far the slowest worst run fast food restaurant I have ever been. Avoid at all costs.

The teller lady was blatant and rude. Not a good front counter server. Very unprofessional. Scared people she did.. the fries were sparse and couldn't even fill the holder. Didn't care. And the fries were old and cold. Very nasty. Withburnt bacon that also seemed old. Did we go on the day they did t want to make more of anything? Will not be returning to this Wendy's in Ionia. Also filled out a review from their site. Never heard back. Very dissatisfied and disappointed

Don't judge the background in the photo. I'm working on an investment property; I stopped long enough to throw down this food, then continued to work.That said, I got my standard chili with hot sauce which is always delicious. I like to scoop it out with a saltine which makes it go a lot further.I also got a jr bacon cheeseburger without "cheese" (I DETEST processed cheese food aka American cheese), light mayo, & add onion. Holy cow was that delicious! I never thought to add onion until the app offered it. Total game changer. If you've read my previous reviews, you know I have a love/hate relationship with mayonnaise. A little is delightful. A sloppy mess is gross. This burger had the perfect amount.I ordered through the mobile app. I arrived a couple minutes before my pickup time. The staff were very friendly and helpful. My order was ready and waiting but still hot.My only complaint is that the sidewalks were extremely icy and dangerous. I'm not sure why they weren't cleared but I didn't like that at ALL.Parking: There is ample parking on both sides of the building.Kid-friendliness: It's fast food, of course it's kid friendly!Wheelchair accessibility: Other than the iciness, it appears to be fully wheelchair accessible.

On 2/5/24 10:30 am, we stopped to have practice. We placed our order and were the only ppl in Wendy's. Our was taken, we had to wait, food was barely warm when we were served. Also, we ordered two cups of coffee and served coffee, but one cup was a full cup and the other was only 1/2 cup. Server stated she would bring more coffee. Coffee was never served and she went outside to be on her phone and smoke a cigarette! When we left this same server still outside asked how are meal was and my husband stated terrible and that we would never return. Meal came to approx $18. I would have called the manager, but appears by the ads, they are looking for a general manager, manager and assistant. To the public beware! Save your money and/or visit another fast food restaurant!

Worst customer service at the Ionia Mi location! Took over 10 minutes to even get an order in once I pulled up to speaker box. Still waiting in a long line for food to maybe come out… hope it’s at least warm. Can’t say I’ll return anytime soon. Should have been smart and left like the dozens of people waiting to order behind me.

Ordered a Jr bacon cheese burger, small fry, large root beer, and a 10 piece chicken Nuggets. What we got was a small fry, large root beer, 10 piece spicy chicken Nuggets and asked where the sandwich was she said it never got up on the order. Girl said manager took the order but yet how can you even be a manager if you can't get a order right at all also if they wants spicy they will ask for it don't just be a idiot and assume they want spicy.

I stopped here on my way to work this morning. I am a manager at a fast food place myself. The customer service I got today was AMAZING. I didn't get the lady's name at the window, but she is amazing. Thank you for the great service. :)

If i could give you a negative zero i would..I've worked for Wendy's years ago.. to the young lady in drive thru rude as hell i asked if you had Croissant egg and cheese .. it is 1022am .. you said half of our breakfasts is not available and you're going to have a 10 minute wait for lunch.. then you replied we don't have any biscuits or egg and cheese and I said OK do you have any croissants and then said you repeated back very rudely we don't have any biscuits egg and cheese.. normally that wouldn't be a problem but your tone was absolutely hostile then when I got up to the window I ask for the number of your store you close the window on me!!! I will be reporting this to corporate there's no way to treat a customer and I don't know if when you were in training they forgot to tell you about customer service but you do not have any I took my business elsewhere culvers was just down the road was willing to spend an extra dollar or two for better service they let me know that they were short staffed immediately and where I was willing to wait for 10 minutes because they were not rude or disrespectful. now maybe I'm a little heightened because I'm on my way to a funeral but you need to think first before you speak young lady.I had asked for a croissant specifically I figured if you had cheese and a croissant you could put some lettuce and tomato on it since you were preparing for lunch and some mayonnaise and I would be happy with that because I'm a vegetarian half the time so you still would've gotten money from me you would've been able to use what you have and during your crossover would've given you plenty of time.and when you're crossing over for lunch you do serve cheese with your burgers I know that so I remember the little song they had us sing when you were applying the mayonnaise tomato and lettuce so having known that this that I've worked there for four years known the quality of service that I gave I expected received the same now I did not work at your specific Wendy's had I worked there your tail would've been written up immediately and he would've been on probation .I just needed a croissant which you had with cheese which you had and since you were crossing over mayonnaise lettuce and tomato what you all have because you have to put that on your burgers and you could've given me fries or the little tots I wouldn't of cared and y'all have soda running all the time I didn't ask for coffee so little rude mess you missed out on at least 10 or $12 that would actually pay for your hour of work that you work plus their profit I will never ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever do business with you again !!!! maybe another store but not your place of business..

This Wendy's is the worst I've ever visited. My order is usually wrong if I try to add or remove things so I'm forced to just order as it and deal with it later. Don't go during meal rush times because you could end up spending almost 20 minutes in the drive through just to be told their card system is down and when you don't have the cash on hand, that's a big problem. MULTIPLE times I have tried to get food here and the card system was down only to later start working with someone that used to work at this location and have them tell me the reason why the system "crashes" so much is because the employees would unplug and plug the power for the system which apparently takes a significant amount of time to reboot. They do this because, and I quote the person I worked with, they either "get overwhelmed or just don't want to have to work too hard." I get it, everywhere is understaffed but doing things like this loses a lot of business.
