Food is ok... just depends how fresh it is. They will definitely serve you old chicken or fries if they are slow. In other words, I don't think they cook more if the bin has some regardless of how long it's been sitting there

Ordered a 12 piece bucket and 2 pot pies. Apparently, common core math has replaced common sense, as an 8 piece bucket heavy on the white meat side is what was received. Service wasn't terrible per se. Food came out fast, much quicker than the smile from the counter employee. Maybe they were having an off day. Won't deter future visits. However, if they brought back the twisters, I'd visit much more.
We walked in tonight to order, and the whole staff was having fun, smiling, singing and all just working so well together. We loved it! So nice to see such a happy staff. The order was spot on and the food was perfect. Good job KFC Iron River, you are a delight!

This is your typical KFC. Our food has always been fresh. Service isn't the best, but not the worst either. The drive thru is a little tricky to maneuver, but all in all, it's worth the trip.
