Not sure what has taken place with the quality of food since this opened up a few months ago. This was our 3rd & last time we will spend money here. 1st time was great, 2nd time food was Luke warm, today un edible. Chicken tenders were cold, rubbery & very small. I've had French fries bigger than these tenders. The 4 piece meal the same. The chicken tasted like the oil it was fried in was way over due to be changed. The mashed potatoes were also cold. Our dog loves chicken but when we gave it to him, he wouldn't eat it either. On a positive note, the young lady at the drive up was very nice & polite.

At first they were doing good, they need new people to work the window. Everyone seems like they have no idea what they are doing and my order is wrong every single time. I got a combo and only got 1 thing in my bad. It’s like the 4th time it’s happened now. For sure need some more better staff. Paid $11 for 1 thing.

An hr ago we brought two chicken pies. Normally the best. Today we had actual chicken bones in them and were garbage. So like a normal person I called, to my surprise a message saying they aren't answering. How convenient for KFC. Nothing good came off this.

Have gone through drive thru, and a couple of times, they have not given me my entire order. When I have gone back, they have been very pleasant about making the correction.

I am so glad KFC is back in Iron River! Food was great, hot and fresh and quick service. Biscuits and cole slaw to die for. I got the tenders and they were big and yummy. I have enough to save for tomorrow and KFC is one of the few that still tastes good the next day. I hope their business thrives and they take good care of their employees because they are really doing a great job!

It was very busy (lunch hour, also brand-new store) and the service was friendly, fast, and our chicken was delicious. Welcome back to Iron River, KFC!

Drove 20 miles on the 2nd day after grand opening, and they were closed because they ran out of food. My kids were very disappointed!
