This app is awesome. I always had very quick service at McD's before the app launched. Now I'm truly impressed with the whole experience.

Nov 18 noon we haven’t been to a McDonalds in years we were out for a drive got really hungry so we thought let’s take a chance- the manager in charge was full of smiles we got hot right food when it got busy the manager was on point she had that place running like a fine tooth machine. Awesome job ‼️thank you for the great lunch. To the owner give her a raise

If I could put a negative number. This place deserved it. -10. Ordered dinner, say waiting in a labeled parking spot. Waiting, still waiting... Waiting. I had to go inquire about it order, stabbing. Last working so m drive thru was replacing straws . I said excuse me. She immediately TOLD ME TO WAIT. I said ahhh, no straws can wait a moment. I want our food far to long. She snapped. EVERYONE IS... TOTALLY IGNORANT. I realize kids are working there. But time it down 100% . Take attitude home. Basic kindergarten crap.

Something about their small patty burgers have changed for the worse. It only gets 2 stars because you don't have to wait in the drive thru to get your order in. They let you cut the drive thru line. The people that were in line hate it, but McDonald's has it marked as an extra drive thru lane. It's a driveway down a hill off Old US Highway 2/ marked as Lalley Rd. Waiting is for suckers.
Parking: Careful backing up and exiting. People fight for drive thru position.

It has a road that lets people cut in front of you. Avoid this McDonald's. Waited 30 minutes for someone cut me in the drive thru. It gets really slick in the winter time. They need to close the road
I'd really love it if your people were more careful and didn't constantly forget stuff. Customer shouldn't have to drive back to get stuff because workers are either being lazy or careless or both. It's annoying and disrespectful. And please tell employees to put their cell phones away. I'm tired of having to repeat myself 4 and 5 times because people are texting and not listening. You are at work, not hanging out with friends.

The Iron River McDonalds is filthy and the employees and manager are rude. I was having trouble with the kiosk and I had to call out three times until someone helped me and she was not kind. The employees turned their back on people waiting to place orderd and didn't acknowledge them. The handicap bathroom was taped shut with a sign saying it was out of order and DO NOT USE. When I eventually received my order and opened the fish filet box there was a dead gnat. I have never been to a worse McDonalds.

They made me pay extra for BBQ sauce. Then they wouldn't give me the BBQ sauce I paid extra for. Give me what I paid for or give me my money back!
