Placed my order online. Suppose to be ready at 8:10pm. Arrived around 8:10pm and had to stand behind about 10 people who were ordering their food. What's the point to order online when you have to stand in line anyway behind people ordering in person? Ordered an All-American Club footlong with 50% more meat and didn't get the extra meat. Ordered a Garlic Roast Beef footlong with 50% more meat and didn't get the extra meat on this one also. Ordered a total of 3 footlongs that the bread on each was dry and stale, one cheese dipper and a footlong cookie which was not in the bag when I got home. I paid $46.22 in total for this lousy food. I am really upset about this and I will not order from this place again. I whole heartedly do not recommend ordering from this establishment. If I could rate this with no stars I would because this place deserves it!

If I could give 0 stars I would, employees were unbelievably slow, the lady kept coughing all over the food line. Took almost 30 minutes to get two subs. Would avoid this location at all costs. 12/2/2023 at 3-3:30

Closed an hour before the posted closing time. We placed an online order, went to pick it up only to find no employees and the store closed. You definitely charged our card though! Wonder if management is aware?Continued to read the comments. Looks like this is routine. ????????

My wife ordered 2 footlong subs yesterday for me and I picked them up on my way to camp. We had a 2 for 1 coupon. When I got to camp an hour later, I discovered one sub was 6 inches instead of 12. I stopped in the store this morning to pick up the other 6 inch sub and Brandon refused to make the order correct stating he needed to talk to the owner. I will never order from this location again.

Google has the closing time wrong on Sunday. They close at 9 on Sunday. Take note of this, because there is not much else to eat in this area on a Sunday night besides McDungus drive thru. Was waiting in line at 8:45 and online orders were still coming in. The only employee was trying to close up, but still had to fill the online orders. Not sure why Google has the time wrong for Sunday, but it was severely affecting service. I was staying in town and earlier was planning on eating when we got there so we didn't stop anywhere else prior since Google said they were open til 10. Kudos to the dude working late to get our order done with all the chaos on 7/23/23. He needs a raise

The older man that runs this place was very rude to me as I was telling him what I wanted on my subs one sub was a simple number 10 and the other my fiance wanted specific things on his sub..he was very impatient with me there wasn't a lot of customers so there was no reason for him to get disrespectful..that will be the last time I order from there.. I almost walked out without anything I sure did walk out with teers rolling down my face! All I wanted was food..
