I stopped eating here regularly when the prices became outrageous. Since then, the couple times Ive tried it ive noticed that the quality of food has became much worse. Fries are always near-raw, while the chix nuggets always seem old and crusty. The burgers just seem "weird" now... Overall, I find it gross. I throw away more than I eat. Thumbs down.

Im a regular, order here all the time. Today I ordered off of the app and still had to wait 15 minutes out of line for my food and this is what I got. I don’t know if the chicken is under or over cooked but I’m very disappointed in this location lately. Completely inedible.

They wouldn't give me a receipt when their kiosk got a paper jam and the manager just shrugged said he didn't know how and the said if I can figure out how to do it I can have the receipt. What rude and unhelpful staff.

Wish I could give the staff 0 stars. The night shift anyway total aholes in how they treat customers we came all the way up here with an online order, saying the drive thru is open. We get there and no one answers us so we call them and they say they are closed. I tried getting help to get a refund but the night staff were useless( not surprised) 0 stars do better

Best run McDonald’s I’ve ever been to! Clean, quick service, and no mistakes to our order! Staff was very friendly and attentive

This is probably the dirtiest McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. The floor wasn’t mopped and nearly all the tables were dirty. The trash cans were full. Plus all of our orders had something on them we asked specifically not to be on the burgers.

Absolutely worst experience I've ever had at a fast food establishment. Food was horribly prepared and every sandwich was messed up and missing ingredients that were specifically asked to be put on. The workers were extremely rude and there communication skills where highly unprofessional. This place seriously needs to be reviewed and retrained. Last time I eat at the ironwood McDonald's. I will more than likely be contacting corporate and reporting this location. Place is filthy and highly unsanitary.

Just went through the drive thru at Ironwood McDonald's...seriously disappointed 😞
Ordered online 2 Genshin Impact Adult meals. After waiting 22 minutes to get up to the window, I'm told they are out of pies. I say how can you be out of pies, you are currently running a special that includes a pie. Then a very rude lady comes to the window and says we are out of pies. I ask why did the app let me order it, if you are out of pies. She very rudely responds that she can make some, but they will take 14 minutes. I say, fine I'll take the cookies. The cookies were hard as a rock, the fries soggy and the chicken sandwich looked like it had been through war. The bag was handed to us, crammed full, spilling out. Ever heard of a second bag?
Where has customer service gone??
Learned my lesson to never, ever go there again

Now have had multiple visits where my mobile order took over 15 mins from giving my code to getting the food, I also haven’t received sauces for chicken nuggets multiple times, which is a very frustrating find once you get home after waiting 20 plus minutes to get “fast food”. I want to give a couple of the younger workers credit for having a positive attitude when it looks like absolute chaos.

Absolute, Worst Drive-thru experience ever. I ordered my usual Sausage, Egg McMuffin and Med Diet Coke through the app. I love the app. I like my McMuffin with a folded egg, but the app does not give that option, so I always tell them at the order speaker, and they always respond, "no problem." Except for today, the gal says "I can't do that" to which I again let her know to tell them in the grill and they will do it. When I get to the window, and as she hands me my receipt, she says that "the manager said no, we can't do that. I handed the receipt back to her and said, "cancel my order." She calls the manager back and he angrily slams the window open and snarls, "Who placed this order, you or me?" I said I did and there's no option to substitute folded egg in the app." He replies, "You placed the order, that's what you get." and proceeds to slam the window shut. I wanted to get his name before pulling away so I tapped on the window, and He slammed the window open and says, "I used to be in law enforcement, and I can have you arrested for banging on my window." I asked for his name (Thomas, General Manager) then he yells at me to "get outta here." I did let him know that I was going to be filing a complaint.
