Customer service is horrible the young girl with glasses & the young guy that works with her never acknowledged me I watched as they played with each other & proceeded to make online orders while I stood there not being acknowledged still & again this isn’t the first time the customer service at this location is horrible

Waited several minutes at the counter while employee scrolled away on his phone. No other customers, he continued to pretend we weren’t there. Not the first time this has happened at this location.

The dude made our sandwiches and then unwrapped all of them because he forgot what we ordered and had to check again. He couldn’t seem to figure out how the oven worked, and all of the sandwiches had a pile of meat on one side and a fist full of Lettuce on the other. Took thirty minutes to get 4 sandwiches. Just honestly not a great experience.

I was 1 minute late at ordering online. I tried to place my order at 8:26pm tonight on the Subway app and the cut off time was 8:25pm.We decided to go into the store instead and place our order in person since we still had enough time. We got there at 8:46pm, closes at 9pm and the lady working was stacking chairs and pushing tables aside.I was walking up to the ordering line and she said they’re closed. I saw all the ingredients were still on the line so I know she could have served us but didn’t want to. We felt bad going in to order close to closing time but we didn’t think we’d be denied service.

I ordered a turkey sandwich with bacon from Subway in Walmart Ironwood MI. The girl took the bacon out of the tray and put it on the bread UNCOOKED and LEFT IT LIKE THAT! I have never had this kind of experience at a Subway in my life and if it ever happens again I know I won't go back. That's just gross.

This location really needs to staff better!! One person working on a busy pre-holiday weekend is not enough, especially with online ordering. I felt bad for the girl working- she was doing a great job, but unfortunately after about a half hour of waiting, I left.
