I recently visited the Uptown Cafe at 518 E McLeod Ave, in Ironwood, MI. What a nice place to get a breakfast at. I was seated and greeted promptly. I got my coffee going and soon after my order was taken. Looks like the staff knew all the locals which made for a good atmosphere. I got my scrambled eggs and bacon order and it was delicious. This is a good place to grab a meal or sit back and relax. A good choice.

Parking: No problem w parking

Very good food, family friendly! Clean, friendly service, great food.

Parking: Two lots, one attached, one across the street. Street parking also available

Kid-friendliness: Great kid options! My kids loved it here.

A perfect place for a fast friendly breakfast. Great seeing all the local folks coming in to banter and enjoy the start of their day. The food was prepared quickly and to order. (Barb?) made us out of towners from Delaware feel right at home. I admire her enthusiasm as she hustled about her job. A very busy place for a good reason.
