Stopped by for a quick bite to eat after making a trip from Duluth, MN. Pulled up and wasn't expecting to see a food truck, but figured we'd stop and give it a try. Staff are awesome, back and forth with them was fun and they gave a great feel. I ordered the brisket sandwich and substituted fries for the cornbread and beans. The beans were immaculate. My buddies girlfriend doesn't even like beans and she ate them lol. The cornbread was also very good if you enjoy a good crust, was a bit too much towards the end for me but was still a great bread overall especially with the cinnamon butter. Everything had amazing flavor, highly recommend the spicy sauce. Amazing sweet tang with a very subtle spice underneath, very good. Brisket was a little bit dry and I do wish the cinnamon butter had been warmer but it is the end of November and the taste was absolutely amazing, and the sauce was more than enough to make up for the brisket. I see people complaining about the price, but for a food truck, the atmosphere, the tastes they're able to give, the fun banter it was 100% worth my money spending $20 on a plate here over $15-20 at a fast food place or Kwik trip on the way home. I also saw complaints about portion sizes being the issue, so pictured below is my buddies loaded baked potato that begs to differ. Will absolutely be back and I will happily give a hardworking small business my $20 for a plate. Job well done🖤

I stopped here on lunch break because I drove by and saw it. I like food trucks and certainly BBQ, thought id try it out. Im very glad I did. Very good food with great service and as far as food truck prices go, good pricing as well. I will be back again!

Was in town for a little shopping and my boyfriend stumbled across UP-N-Smoke on Google maps and I am so grateful he did. An unforgettable experience! The food was absolutely incredible and the customer service has me wanting to travel the four hours back to Ironwood every week. Will literally plan my visits around UP-N-Smoke’s schedule, because I have got to get my hands on all their food again. Sooner than later. And next time I am not leaving without a pound of mac and cheese to-go! 🤌🏽🔥

Serving size are small. Price is outrageous. Great concept. Yet, the price doesn't match the worth, at all. $17 for such a small portion is ridiculous. Likewise, and the prices don't match the online price, which is illegal. Not going to pull a Karen over it though. Just do better UP-N-Smoke Southern BBQ. I'll post another review in a month or so.

Hands down, the best bbq we have ever had AND some of the nicest people we have met! My husband always says that you know it’s good brisket when you don’t need BBQ sauce and he didn’t use it once (although, their bbq sauce is very delicious). We got mac & cheese, french fries, beans and collard greens for sides, and it was definitely a love-the-one-you’re-with (eating) situation…there was no way to pick a favorite! Side note: I LOVE collard greens and these were the best I’ve had! They are also very reasonably priced. Oh, and don’t sleep in the toast - instead of some places that serve their bbq with plain white bread - theirs is buttered and grilled! I’d give this place 10 stars if I could!

A must stop for every get away trip! Purchased the 3 meat combo and tried the briskett and rib tips and pulled pork, mac n cheese and corn bread! Flavorful and met every expectation in taste. Brought home seasonings to grill with! 10/10
