Terrible! Not open when they say. I placed a order for a cake for my son's birthday online. It was to be picked up at 5-6pm the day before. The app said it wasn't ready at 7pm that day so I thought I'd go see the progress. The Bakery was closed. I contacted online customer support and thought maybe it would be done in the morning.
