Ordered my food at 536 to be ready at 615. I left the store at 640 with no food, as the pizza wasn’t even made yet. No way to cancel the order as the workers wouldn’t even acknowledge me let alone the 10 others in the store. Absolutely would not recommend the Ishpeming mi store. Absolutely horrid. We also ordered there previously online and got there and the store was closed. We never got a refund from them. The store was supposed to be open.

Little Ceasars in Ishpeming is the best! Been to others and the crust of the pizza is at least 4 inches a dough. Not Jacob's. Best little Ceasars ive had period. Thankyou Jacob for giving little Ceasars hope for me.

Ishpeming Michigan, little Caesars is the best. Guy named Jacob makes a excellent pizza the best out of all the little Caesars around. He is friendly also, so is all the staff. Will definitely keep ordering from this little Caesars!!

The poor kids that work there have zero leadership and are doing the best they can but you can see that they have not been properly trained by management and are taking the brunt of angry customers when in reality it’s not their fault it’s managements fault. Do better.

Little Caesars is always a quick dinner option for us and my kids favorite. However, you never really know what you’re going to get when you come here. I have been here numerous times over the years. I ordered a pizza and an Italian cheese bread tonight. I arrived about 45 min after my order was placed “wanted to make sure it was done, prior to picking it up). Oh course, the Italian cheese bread wasn’t made. This is the third time, that I went to pick up an order and it wasn’t cooked or even in the oven at that point. Waited another 30 min. I took my order back in and let them know that the pizza was supposed to have crazy crust and the Italian cheese bread wasn’t cooked all the way. They fixed it and I waited another 15 min. This isn’t even the fifth time this has happened to me. I keep going back because my kids love it. Just wish that the had better staffing or staff that actually moved a little faster to get stuff done.

dont go to little caesars in ish. more than 7 people walked out because no orders were ready. i waited 1h n 25min for a stuffed crust.. shut er down. saddest thing i ever seen. manager left 2 new kids to fend for themselves. fire him

All things considered, this crew delivers on consistent, delicious classic hot n ready style lil Caesar’s pizzas. Sometimes a crew of one person appears to keep a small town satisfied on a weekend evening. For the cost of a frozen pizza my kids get their favorite fresh and they love it every time. Good job, Ishpeming!
Little Caesars is always a Good Choice for quick and easy Pizza pickup. However this location is greatly understaffed on busy days. Parking is small considering how busy they get. Customers ordering on App get Notified their order is ready but then show up to find no order is completed. Angry Customers and Lines start to build. Take Caution when ordering during Busy Dinner hours.

Five stars. They got this poor guy working in there all by himself and is way too hot. But this guy is given 110%. Most people wouldn’t even give this man a chance because of the way he looks. But I really appreciate his hard work and dedication.maybe they should hire somebody and put an air conditioner in the place?

This is twice now that I have not gotten the crazy stuffed crust that I ordered, I only received stuffed crust. Very disappointed
