Calling for a Pizza is over automated. Attempting a person to use an app rather than talking to a human. Once, the phone code was broken, the order was placed, pizza was on-time and staff were very nice even at the end of a probably long shift.

I want to go on and say before I leave a review I have always loved little ceasers I remember when I was a kid I'd get excited every time it was for dinner with that being said it has gone downhill since then called in my order and was hung up on, then called back again and the worker had no idea what they carried on their menu and was genuinely confused it sounded like i went there picked up my order and all the workers seemed just down and depressed and didn't care that they were there the young man at the counter however was very nice and courteous picked up my food and got home and the breadsticks that I ordered were raw I was very unsatisfied and this isn't the first time this has happened over the years I very rarely leave reviews hell I've never this is my first one but it was something that needed to be brought to attention I get it it's fast food, the workers don't get paid enough to care, and all that but at least a restaurant even fast food should be clean, the workers should be nice and understand what they are selling, and the food should be edible that's it no more no less please do better make little ceasers a place for people to get excited to go to again

If You have a wait they offer you things for free I never take it because I eat on my own but the customer service is top notch and that's key food always taste better after a good experience

All great. Suggestion: Throw old precooked cheesy breads. There needs to be limit on when not to serve solid crusts. Or sell them for half off:)
Ordered my food at 536 to be ready at 615. I left the store at 640 with no food, as the pizza wasn’t even made yet. No way to cancel the order as the workers wouldn’t even acknowledge me let alone the 10 others in the store. Absolutely would not recommend the Ishpeming mi store. Absolutely horrid. We also ordered there previously online and got there and the store was closed. We never got a refund from them. The store was supposed to be open.

Little Ceasars in Ishpeming is the best! Been to others and the crust of the pizza is at least 4 inches a dough. Not Jacob's. Best little Ceasars ive had period. Thankyou Jacob for giving little Ceasars hope for me.

Ishpeming Michigan, little Caesars is the best. Guy named Jacob makes a excellent pizza the best out of all the little Caesars around. He is friendly also, so is all the staff. Will definitely keep ordering from this little Caesars!!

The poor kids that work there have zero leadership and are doing the best they can but you can see that they have not been properly trained by management and are taking the brunt of angry customers when in reality it’s not their fault it’s managements fault. Do better.
