Drove a large group here. Gave a day notice, and an hour notice about arrival. Counter staff refused to comp drivers meal and said he didn't know if they do that and refused to get a manager when asked .
Store was out of: lids, straws, ketchup, singles and fives. They were using quarters to dispense all change. It was an odd experience.

I don’t know what the heck kind of witchcraft happens in this place, but the drivethru line kept moving at a steady pace and upon receiving my food it was PERFECT. The McDouble wasn’t drowning in sauce and it didn’t look like someone punched it prior to serving it. Also it was fresh, so were my nuggets and fries. The trifecta.. how is that possible you ask? I don’t know but the next time I drive up to this god awful town for work I will be stopping again and asking

The parking can be a bit tight but otherwise we enjoyed our experience. We went specifically so the kids could play at the playplace for an hour to burn off some energy but as always, the kids also enjoyed the food too.

My burger came with pickles even though I ordered with out the kid came to our table as I discovered it and asked how everything was and happily replaced my burgers with fresh ones (i have acdill allergy) I really appreciate that as McDonald's is typically last option for us

This basically sums up my neighborhood McDonalds…. It’s a common occurrence if something in your order isn’t correct! It’s why I don’t eat there very often!

They somehow find a way to mess up my McDoubles Every single time I order a mcdouble. One time they gave me a regular cheeseburger and not a McDouble like I ordered and they put onions on them everytime even tho I ask for no onions their cooks need better training.

they frequently mess up orders even if you repeat yourself multiple times and it’s correct on the screen.. can’t say how many times i repeated myself for them to still mess up an order, even though the receipt and order screen were correct.. idk maybe they don’t know how to read
