I would give zero stars if I could. We get Pizza Hut once in awhile because it’s the only food available for delivery in Ishpeming. Never again. We ordered online for delivery and after it took an hour, I called the store to see if everything was okay because it had supposedly been out for delivery for 30 minutes. The man who answered was confused and not helpful, but friendly enough. He put me on hold and a woman finally answered. She was absolutely horrible and said the driver supposedly left it at the door because nobody answered. We don’t have our pizza and nobody ever tried to contact us. She said they’d supposedly make it again, but we have two young children who cannot wait another hour to eat. My husband asked for a refund of the order and to just forget about it and she said “I have better things to do” and hung up. Horrible people.

Constantly messing up food and then when you call to let them know or get missing things they will tell you they dont have it on their end AFTER they have already taken your money.I have been hung up on several times while trying to tell them what I'm missing and how its ON MY RECEIPT. Dont bother asking for a manager they will hang up on you and if they do take your name and number they dont call back. All around shitty establishment.

I was there on 5/8/25, I watched the guy pull my pizza out and place it under the oven. it sat there 15 mins. I told him my name twice and he said "ya I know" Once he started handling $ at the register and then cutting pizza without washing his hands I requested my $ back because he still had not cut my pizza. Don't eat here, they don't wash there hands! Customer service is very poor!

It's unbelievable. Nobody there to help you. And if you haven't been there nobody comes up to explain to you how things work. Then you're expected to know how to scan codes. Not all of us are up on that stuff. There was no option of a paper menu. We were definitely a burden on them. We ordered breadsticks and a pizza. What do you think, of course breadsticks are supposed to come out before the pizza. But nope they both came together in a box. And I kid you not, without question the sauce containers came directly out of the refrigerator. They weren't even microwaved. Actually ice cold. Not even lukewarm. Don't even get a real cup for drinks anymore. Nobody told us where plates were. We had to ask and go get our own. It was a total disappointment. We definitely will never go back there. The parking lot is always, and I mean always empty. I understand now.

Ate there in person a week ago. Never been to a Pizza Hut before where your given a menu and told to walk up to the counter to make your order, then they bring it to your table. 2 orders were made....breadstick order was wrong on both. The male, whom I assume is the shift boss starts yelling at the worker for getting it wrong. The food itself was mediocre. The atmosphere was non existent and I felt like I was a burden since most of their orders were delivery or for pick up. Won't be eating from this particular restaurant again.

We order the stuff crust pizza with pepperoni and mushrooms. A pasta dish and breadsticks. Hot, fresh and the marinara sauce was on point! Only took 20 minutes to have it delivered. Keep doing what yall are doing! Because its working!!
Recently moved to the area and this has become our go to spot. The staff are so friendly every time we visit and the goodness Leah’s fantastic. The manager is very nice and we are so happy to have a great pizza spot nearby!
