I think location may be hurting them a bit being right by a roundabout but they do have EXCELLENT quality product. Very fast takeout especially if you call ahead. Not usually crowded if you want to dine in, easy to get a table. Would probably be a great place for kids parties or bringing the whole family or other type of group for great pizza and entrees

We stopped in to pick up some breadsticks and some chicken wings for the on the ride home, the chicken wings were by one, get, one ended up spending like twenty four bucks 42 people in the dining area.Was closed, so we ate in the car, but it was phenomenal.And fresh, very, very good food.They did a great job cooking props to the cooks.Thanks pizza hut!!!

Dine-In closed. It's a self serve restaurant, you don't need staff to dine in at a Pizza Hut. C'mon. Set out a stack of plates and forks. Wipe a table here and there. You've lost my business for life. Went to Lakers in Marquette, they got my $100 bill instead.

Went to eat dine-in but they have the dining in section closed due to staffing issues , but they clearly have a delivery driver.... The dining room is basically self-serve anyways so there's no reason why they should have dining in closed. Makes absolutely no sense. Whoever manages this location doesn't deserve to be running a store. Zero out of 10 would not recommend . Don't waste your time going to this Pizza Hut.

I would give zero stars if I could. We get Pizza Hut once in awhile because it’s the only food available for delivery in Ishpeming. Never again. We ordered online for delivery and after it took an hour, I called the store to see if everything was okay because it had supposedly been out for delivery for 30 minutes. The man who answered was confused and not helpful, but friendly enough. He put me on hold and a woman finally answered. She was absolutely horrible and said the driver supposedly left it at the door because nobody answered. We don’t have our pizza and nobody ever tried to contact us. She said they’d supposedly make it again, but we have two young children who cannot wait another hour to eat. My husband asked for a refund of the order and to just forget about it and she said “I have better things to do” and hung up. Horrible people.
Very poor customer service, extremely poor attitude from multiple workers. They obviously don't want to be there, and made our experience such that we have no desire to be here again either.

Constantly messing up food and then when you call to let them know or get missing things they will tell you they dont have it on their end AFTER they have already taken your money.I have been hung up on several times while trying to tell them what I'm missing and how its ON MY RECEIPT. Dont bother asking for a manager they will hang up on you and if they do take your name and number they dont call back. All around shitty establishment.

I was there on 5/8/25, I watched the guy pull my pizza out and place it under the oven. it sat there 15 mins. I told him my name twice and he said "ya I know" Once he started handling $ at the register and then cutting pizza without washing his hands I requested my $ back because he still had not cut my pizza. Don't eat here, they don't wash there hands! Customer service is very poor!
