I have been to this place now about 3 times. Every time it has been a wonderful experience, the food is incredible, and the owner/chef is beyond talented. For a young man just starting out in life, he has built an amazing business and atmosphere that is hard to come buy. Everything from scratch, made fresh daily. This little restraunt is in itself a rare gem.
I’m vegetarian and my husband is not. We have struggled with places to go out to eat locally. Not anymore! We visited on Sunday for lunch and were both able to have lasagna and salad. (He had meat and I had vegan) We both highly recommend it! The carrot ginger soup was delicious as well and the carrot cake…Wow! We will be back!!
Absolutely delicious- best breakfast I’ve ever had! As someone with celiacs, eating out can be daunting but Rare Earth makes it easy and delicious
10/10 recommend and will be going back
