Overall was not impressed, when first arriving i noticed that it was loud. I could barely hear the people I was sitting at a table with. We found a table that was cleared but was not wiped off. It took a while to get someone to acknowledge us, it was busy I get it. But all we got for drinks was coffee, water, and an apple juice. Took 5 minutes to get them. We ordered our food and waiting 40 minutes to get it. Tables that came in after us got their food before us. When we got our food it was luke warm borderline cold. My son found hashbrowns in his pancakes when none of us had hashbrowns. The waitress was very unprofessional and barely acknowledged us the entire time we were in there. There was a huge fly issue, could not enjoy my breakfast because they were everywhere. Cross contamination of food, terrible service, cleanliness is below the standard, and all around loud atmosphere. Do not recommend.

Sherrie’s is a no-frills diner in Ishpeming serving up classic comfort food at great prices with genuinely friendly service. We came in around supper time, and it felt like walking into a neighborhood gathering in the best way—calm, quiet, and filled with locals who clearly knew this was the spot.
The fried food stands out right away. Both the regular and hot cheese curds are great appetizers—crispy, flavorful, and a perfect start to the meal. They claim to have the best burgers in town, and honestly, they might be right. The Jalapeño Popper burger was packed with flavor, came with a fried onion ring on top, and hit every note—absolutely worth trying.
The corn dog and fry basket hit the spot, and the special of the night—spaghetti—was a generous plate that looked great coming out of the kitchen.
Food came out fast, the service was attentive, and the overall experience just felt easy and satisfying. No glitz, no gimmicks—just a good meal at a good price. The whole place has a homey, casual vibe—like visiting a relative’s house who knows how to cook and doesn’t overcomplicate anything.
