Order online and my order is never made right I used to work here and things like this make me think it will never be right again I don’t get how it’s so hard to make it right. Very Frustrating!

Tonight was busy. I understand that completely. There was no teamwork or coordination with the sandwich artist. The only one of them that kept a good positive attitude and work ethic was an employee named Leaf. Thanks for the delicious sandwich, for you are the only one who had a hand in making my sub.

Very happy with my order. They have a bit of that "just moved in" look behind the counter with boxes and such but it was clean everywhere else and I'll definitely go back and order again.

Great food, amazing service. The lady double checked from our online order for making sure we didn’t want it toasted- it was nice and above and beyond.

Piss poor service, I get it being lunch time resturaunts and fast food places are busy; however, when an individual stands at the counter for 10 minutes and is not even recognized that your standing and waiting to place an order. I understand the online order thing. When I was standing and waiting to place an order, the sub techs as they may be called, chooses to keep taking, and making online orders while a customer stands, waiting to order. Well my time is important also, so, good bye Subway!!

Absolutely incredible subs (Philly cheese and BMT) today from Subway Carp River, Ishpeming!Perhaps the best Subway subs we have ever had. Service was nice too (we ordered thru the app for pickup).

The last 2 times we had to wait up to a 1/2Hour while they did to go orders. One personShould wait on the people at the counter?Today's sandwich had s rock hard bottomBread, and they had just opened? Left-over bread from the night before?

I drove from Negaunee where I have had horrible experiences the past 3 times and decided to give the ishpeming location a try and we were so happy we did.Weston, Ansly, and Lorna (who looked to be a trainee) were working. I don't know if Weston is a manager- but he should be. His customer service was exceptional which is one thing that lacks in today's world especially when things get busy (6 item order ahead of my 5 item order). He was kind to my kids and he was kind and helpful to the 2 girls he was working with. Even looked like him and Ansly were also training Lorna in the mix of it. All 5 of our meals were like I remember subway being back in the day. They actually took time to make the sandwich properly, keep things clean, and made sure it was accurate to what I wanted. I will Def continue driving the extra couple miles to go to the Ish location for now on.

Flies flying around service was slow(took us about 5 minutes to get an employee to take our order) and it was like 100 degrees in the building. Also there was no ice at all in the soda

This Subway ALWAYS gets our order WRONG. Our recommendation is to either go to another location or verify your order in detail prior to leaving the property. When this store just opened it was better but as time goes on it’s getting worse and worse. It is very clear that no one that works or manages this location cares about anything. We DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION.
